I called the first number on the card and spoke to the owner wife Ida? maybe, I'm not sure if that is her name. She was friendly and said her husband would come out that day or the following. She asked that I text her the addresses which I did and didn't receive a response. Later I tried the other number listed and left several messages with both numbers and never got a call back. For days, almost a week I tried calling and texting and didn't receive a response. Finally I got through to Diego and he said someone would come by. I met with their nephew Miguel, very nice man! He gave me reasonable prices for all that I would like to accomplish with my yard. I'm happy they finally sent someone! He was very accommodating in scheduling my mowing and great at communicating with rapid responses. Diego later texted me saying someone would be call me later that evening days after I had already met with Miguel. Kind of strange. I don't think the owner and his wife are great at communicating or can keep track of numbers and clients, but Miguel is on top of it! And their guys do good work. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely have them snow plow my driveway in the winter months. Great pricing and good value for the great work they do. We spent a week getting everything in order, putting everything in one place to make it easier for him, and gave him a call. We called 5-6 different times with voicemails and texts before we finally got ahold of him. He came and picked up half a trailer full and said he'd be back for the rest. We have not seen or heard from him since despite multiple texts, emails, missed calls, and voicemails. Now we have a pile of junk in our backyard that has been there for a year. I immediately called Medich Pest Control upon recommendation from a friend. Paul Medich came to my home to spray and promised me that all the bee's would be dead within 2 hours, if not he will come back as many times as I need for 3 months. The 3 months was part of his product and treatment "guarantee". This was great to hear as our 2 year old daughter, my husband and I are deathly allergic to bees. He charged me $120(which included the 3 months of warranty) in which I paid him via check. My check was cashed immediately. The next day 9/20/17, I come home from work to discover even more bees than before he sprayed. I immediately call Paul Medich, and receive a voicemail, to which I left a detailed message. I received no response to my initial call that evening, so I called four more times, with no avail. I also submitted feedback via their online form, with no response. At this point I wanted to go visit their office to get someones help, only to discover they don't have a physical office, only a PO box. At this point 400 bees had been killed in my home by either myself, my mother, or my husband, opening us up to serious health risks, I had no option, the bees needed to be dealt with immediately. 3 days later Paul Medich finally answers his phone, and told me that he "would be over in a little bit" I was so happy! I left work in order to be home to let him in. I waited over 2 hours, and he never showed up. Calls to his phone went unanswered. That was the last I heard from him.

He came out to do an estimate and he sent me pictures of everything that needed repaired along with his estimate. I really appreciated the pictures and that along with him taking time to explain everything that was damaged up on the roof and the front of my house and explaining how he would fix it made me trust him. I hired him and he came out 2 days later and did it all in 1 day. I honesty thought that it was going to take at least a week but I was very pleased when I got home from work and they were almost done. It looked great I couldn't believe it. I am very happy with the work Marco did and more importantly I'm grateful that I found someone I can trust to do the job right and not take advantage and over charge me. They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look brand new and we've had a lot of compliments on the quality of the work. We also had them scotch guarded. We will definitely use them the next time we need our carpets cleaned. The charge for the carpets and scotch guarding were very reasonable.
