I have been a customer of this salon for about a year and a half and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I think that this ranks up there with other luxury salons. The owner, Ali, is the absolute best! She is always willing to work with you. Honestly, when I first came in to get a total transformation of my hair, she just understood everything I wanted and put me together perfectly. I finally like myself when I look in the mirror and I never thought that was possible. I feel like I am me on the outside too and I am so grateful beyond words. I also think it is really great that they are a sustainable salon with very knowledgeable staff. The girls on the staff that I spoke to while I was there were very knowledgeable about the services and products they offered and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. The consultation with my stylist, Victoria, was exactly what I was hoping for. I am a health care professional and was limiting contact with any retail establishment during the pandemic. This included hair salons. It had been over a year since I had my hair done, so it needed some fixing. I scheduled an appointment and they were great. They had designated parking spots, they greeted me when I arrived, and offered beverages all during the appointment. Donnie listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and reviewed everything before starting. I had color, highlights, a cut and style. It turned out great!! Donnie was wonderful!! A video was posted on the 26th of February 2024 of stylists that use to work for clean hair salon. They have moved to salons by JC a year ago. I am a bit confused as to why that video was posted without consent from the previous stylists. I left a comment under that post asking where are the stylists that were in that video because I have been looking for the one. My comment was removed, and comments are now turned off. I feel that it's very unprofessional to show case stylists work who no longer represent clean hair salon. You shouldn't confuse your clients into believing those stylists are back. You should consider taking that video down. read more

I absolutely love this salon they give you five star service and are extremely friendly. They always answer your questions and recommend products for you to use at home to keep your hair healthy. My stylist Jojo is absolutely amazing he always knows what hairstyle would be good for your face shape if you want a suggestion if you already know what you want he always gives a 110% on the style and makes it so that it fits your head frame. Everyone there is super friendly and amazing and have been following the safety guidelines for COVID which always makes me feel safe there.
