Between all booking interactions and the lady that showed up to do the cleaning themselves they were all very professional. For four bedroom house I was expecting a move in cleaning to be a little pricey but for the convenience, it's worth it. The cleaning person arrived as-expected, making allowances for the fact that we were in the middle of Hurricane Debby (we offered to reschedule, I promise!) and most of the roads were shut down already. She did a good job and I was glad to have been able to get help cleaning this apartment, it made a world of difference to us.
