Absolutely love this place! Everything is so fresh and clean. I've tried so many things on the menu over the last 3 days. There is an app you can order in advance on. When you sign up the first time you get a free drink. The service was really nice. They hound adults and provided great customer service. I loved the avocado toast although it was a little salty. I couldn't finish my acai bowl because the granola was stale. All three of my fresh juices were refreshing and tasty. I will be back the next time I am in CLT. read more

Recently started going here not too long ago. I have a lot of food and chemical sensitivities, so this place allows me to eat out from time to time, being all their ingredients are fresh and certified organic (truly healthy). Hard to find anywhere! Everything sounded so yummy! I could tell based on their ingredients and how they combined them in their menu options, that they were thoughtfully created. This is what made me really love this place! My first trip was my best! Everything tasted so good, flavorful, and fresh! I was telling everyone about it. Also, parking is good and easily accessible. Based on these few things alone, I would have given it 5 stars. However, my times going back since, have not been so positive. I typically order the same thing, but each time it tastes different from the first one I had (as if things are missing). They have tasted flat with little to no flavor. I was disappointed, especially being the flavorful ingredients that come in it. Also, the windows could use some tinting....the sun beats in so much, that there is often nowhere to comfortably sit (only seating was by the window). We have had to leave the establishment numerous times to enjoy our food. Last, but not least, the napkin holder was dirty and the staff were NOT wearing gloves to prepare the food. This was a big no-no for me! This is a health/safety concern, especially being they are prepping and serving raw, uncooked foods. I also did not see any hand washing. This is NOT ok with me anytime, but especially during flu season! These sanitary issues alone may be enough to stop me and my family from going there in the future. Just hate to see such beautiful food, at this price point, being served so carelessly. We may try their other location in the 28277 zip code area, to see if they're any better with their sanitation procedures or if it's just the company as a whole. This location is farther away, so won't be able to visit as often. Hope the Stonecrest location tightens up on their cleanliness/sanitation, as well as consistency with their products taste, because I would love to keep going there! read more

Called ahead and girl that took our order was very nice. Somehow there were out of granola of all things when we got berry açaí bowls. She substituted coconut flakes for us. Strawberries were out of season I guess since we got dehydrated ones which wasn't mentioned but they were terrible and we picked them all out. Being a California native I was excited that an organic juice bar with quality ingredients had established itself in Charlotte. So I order a 24oz green juice with no ice, and add a shot of Spirulina, and do you know how much it is? $16.95. Are you effing kidding me? I could get a 32 oz juice made with more organic ingredients, with a scoop of Hawaiian Tropic Spirulina, and local bee pollen for $8.92 from the Whole Foods Juice Bar in Orange County, CA. Paying twice as much for 2/3 the product is absolutely ridiculous, especially in a city where the cost of living is drastically cheaper. People shouldn't get charged an arm and a leg for trying to make healthy choices. Go buy yourself a juicer and buy your own organic ingredients. Will be much cheaper in the long run. I am so excited that I have a raw juice bar next door. This place is awesome! I ended up getting "The Youthful One" protein shake & a giant wheatgrass shot. All so delicious! I'll be spending all of my money here. "The Coffee One" is my favorite so far. It gives your clean energy that tastes awesome. Great alternative to Starbucks next door, which has products provided by "Monsanto." Can't wait to try their Aqaí bowls next. The shop interior even looks fresh & chic. I really wanted to love this place. I love the idea, I love fresh juice, I love wheatgrass. But its just missing something, and its pricey... Let me begin this review with the fact that I may just not be hip enough for this place. It would be nice for a quick and healthy treat, but I don't think I'm cool enough to come here often. The decor of this place is very modern and sleek. The little shop is clean and seems like everything is well taken care of. I wasn't greeted immediately, so I wasn't quite sure which end of the desk to order on, or what I should do... so I awkwardly stood there until someone said hello. I told the girl at the desk that it was my first visit, and she welcomed me and gave me a brief rundown of what they do - but it was so loud in there that I just smiled and nodded my head because I couldn't hear her. The menus are pretty simple, they list everything that they can't confirm to be organic on a little chalk board. The staff was a little stand-offish (?) I don't know if that's the right word, but they just weren't super friendly, no smiles, no interaction. Maybe I'm just not hip enough, I get this vibe in NoDa sometimes too, haha. I ordered the immunity juice and a shot of wheatgrass. The one ounce wheatgrass shot is just under $3, but I think that's normal for the area - Earth Fare charges close to the same thing. My drink was just under $7, and the juice comes with ice in it. I like that they have a see-through wall so that you can watch every step of them prepping your juice - but as I was watching, I realized that there was a whole lot of hair happening behind the counter. Don't freak out - the girls all had their hair up in ponytails, but long ponytails where a lot of hair is still flying around. And the guy that made my drink didn't have his longer hair pulled back. It's not like I found a hair in my drink or anything, I just over think - and saw a lot of potential for hair to get where its not suppose to be.... again, maybe I'm just not hip enough. I was driving by and saw that this place has just opened. Walking in, I immediately noticed the modern, chic decor. I got the tropical one smoothie with kale, pineapple, banana, coconut oil, and coconut water. I really like that most of the ingredients are laid out in front of you so you can watch them add each item into the blender. The taste was very similar to the smoothies I make at home, so very mild. There was no added sugar or sweetener of any type so it wasn't as sweet as smoothies from other places that use lots of fruit juice or syrup. So I was really happy about it. I've done a master cleanse before and was looking to try doing a juice cleanse. Fortunately for me, this place is conveniently located. Anna was an absolute doll! She treated me with so much kindness from the moment I walked in, up until the moment I left. Her customer service was impeccable. I went in to get some info about how the juice cleanse works. She explained it in detail and offered - if possible - for me to call in advance to get a juice made so I can just pick it up. I ended up leaving with a delicious juice. I just have a very hard time paying $10 for a bowl or smoothie especially when I see that they use items that were purchased at Costco. This place was recommended to me when when I asked a friend for a juice bar. I am from DC and just moved here a couple weeks ago. I ordered the glow green Juice and my husband ordered a juice with ginger, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, etc. Anyway my juice was good. My hsubands is still in the fridge. Lol My only issue was I felt the cups were very small and for 8 plus bucks I'd expect a little more actual juice. Next time I think I'll just go for a bottle since it won't have the ice in it. The place was super clean. The staff super friendly and knew what to recommend when I told her what I was looking for. I also inquired about doing the cleanse and the cashier recommended I talk to the manager. I am so disappointed and upset by my experience here. Today I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and admittedly looked a little like hell (was dressed down because I was sick!). I had been missing acai bowls and have gotten them from other vendors in Charlotte. So I thought I would stop by this place, convenient and well reviewed, and get something tasty and healthy that would make me feel better. When I walked in I was the only customer, and I stepped back from the register to communicate that I was looking at the menu for a second. As I finished deciding what I wanted, I looked over to catch the eye of the boy serving the bowls. At this time someone else entered the store - two high school aged girls - and walked promptly in front of me towards the register. The server took their orders. I thought, "Okay, this is a little annoying, but whatever. If they were ready immediately and jumped in front of me, what is he going to do?" While these girls have ordered and are chatting with the server, who gives them his undivided attention, more people enter and stand around. The server proceeds to completely ignore me, take his time talking up these girls, and THEN moves on to the customers after them. (Business man, etc.) Meanwhile I am literally standing just to the side of his gaze, sick, miserable, and waiting to order my little acai bowl in hopes of making myself feel a little bit better. I have worked in the service industry before, so I understand the stress and struggles of serving people. Because of this I usually give severs every lenience possible and am very gracious. However, this situation is inadmissible and very upsetting. Maybe the server was new, but it is hard not to jump to conclusions as to why everyone else was being served while I was standing there first, and yet invisible. To summarize and reiterate: So. Not. I asked for a 16 oz but witnessed the worker guessing measurements when putting ingredients into the mixer & ended up with the largest size?
