They can't clean leather jackets at this location so they had to send it somewhere else. Right off the bat they told me it was going to take a couple of weeks to get done, plus a week to deliver my jacket to the cleaner. I wasn't thrilled about that, but did appreciate them telling me up front. It seems like they don't clean leather jackets often because the employee said she doesn't do it often and had to ask two different people how to ring up my jacket. They asked me if they should call me when the jacket is done. I said yes, but a week after when it was supposed to be done, I called to see if it was ready for pick up. I've never had any problems here before but cleaning this jacket was a little more of a hassle than I expected. SIDE NOTE - The front counter is hollowed out in the front and there's a section filled Dum Dums. I always have to take one....or three. Of course I always pick the mystery flavors because I live life on the wild side.

I'll also add that even when using your soap and dumping in liquid fabric softener or scent boosters your "clean" clothes will come out with a funky smell. Lastly- the place can appear clean one day, and filthy a few days later. The staff (man/owner) aren't very polite either. $8 per wash you'd think they'd be appreciate the business. I'm saving for my own machine and will else go elsewhere until I get one.

Just have to tell her boss to not call when she is with a customer. They do a great job and if there is an issue they will do their best to resolve it. Yup some stains just don't come out.
