Terrible 500.00 experience. The basis of my call was coffee stain on our carpet. I was never told until after the cleaning was done that removing the spots would be a 50/50 shot. I would have stopped it right there, if I had been warned before work started. So much for legendary customer service. Spots still here, my money and respect gone. We recently had Clean 'n Dry come out and steam clean our carpets. We have always cleaned them ourselves, but our new carpets just weren't perking up with my Rug Doctor machine that I have always used. It was recommended by Connors Flooring and Carpets that we try Clean 'n Dry, as they have a truck mounted system, and it gets down deep and sucks it all back out. It took them less than an hour from arrival to departure, and I am left with very nice looking carpets. The two young men that did the work were very professional, efficient and cordial. When they left, there was hardly any dampness to the carpet. We left the furniture off of it for a full 24 hours, just to make sure we didn't damage the furniture or carpet by replacing it too soon. I will use them again and again. We already have our next cleaning scheduled, and I am so relieved that I can leave the rug doctor machine in the garage. It used to take me all day to do all of my carpets, but it took them an hour. My time is valuable too, and I think this is the way to go. I would highly recommend Clean 'n Dry to everyone. I recently used Clean 'n Dry to clean the carpets in two upstairs bedrooms and a hallway. I called their office on Monday and spoke with Katie. I asked for a Friday appointment and got it. Katie was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She offered to send someone to measure my rooms and gave me pricing options. It's cheaper if you move your own furniture. She also advised that they would call me on Friday when they were ready to go to my house.. Katie called me on Thursday to confirm that I was ready for them on Friday. Matt called me Friday at the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. Matt arrived on time and quickly surveyed the job, measured the space and calculated the cost. it differed from Katie's square foot estimate over the phone only because we had several pet spots that needed some extra attention. He explained his entire process, gave me a quick background on his business and got to work. He was totally professional and finished in the time frame he had projected. I was not that optimistic that the light colored carpet could be brought back to an acceptable condition. We had actually thought about just replacing it, but ultimately decided to try and get a few more years out of it by cleaning it. Matt on the other hand was very optimistic. He explained what the tough spots were, but had a solution for them. When he was finished I was amazed at the transformation. We will definitely get several more years out of this totally clean, good-looking carpet. During the course of my conversations with Matt I discovered he has numerous customers that are friends or acquaintances of mine. No surprise really: great service, good pricing and a very professional attitude, along with his satisfaction guarantee are all great reasons to have a sizable base of satisfied customers.
