The drivers missed my window and that caused a huge setback for me - and lots of stress. I had left the site and had to return, which they accommodated. When they arrived they were very nice and professional however I was super disappointed by the overcharging tactic or what felt like bait and switch. I absolutely refused to pay their exorbitant fees and negotiated - I got what I wanted but was so disappointed by it. I mean, if you wait until the day of your move you will be overcharged so I suggest you get the estimate in advance I think the business model is great and well executed - just wish it was more honest so people can know what to expect up front The guys did a good job and didn't cause any damage or waste time.
