I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. This company was amazing. The people were so nice and professional and my carpets look amazing. They had to take one area rug out to clean. I had an unexpected obligation pop up in the morning and called to reschedule the delivery. They said they were just finishing up nearby and could be right over and quickly arrived to put the carpet back down and all my furniture back just as it was. I was able to rush out the door to do what I had to do. It was so wonderful of them to accommodate me. I will always use them going forward.
