What I appreciated most was that they were super accommodating to some special requests (I asked for no fragrance, so they scheduled us first in the AM) and also worked in cleaning an area rug. Last but not least - we had some intense carpet stains from a previous pet that was very ill at his end of life, and the urine stains kept coming back up (gross I know, but true, it's hard to get out of the padding). Now several weeks post-clean, the carpets still look amazing and there are no signs of pet stains, WIN!! Thank you Josh, Christine, and Andrew!

(Not exaggerated) Andrew was fantastic! I was able to setup the appointment via email with Christine. They sent me a reminder text the night before (loved that) Andrew showed up promptly and made our pet stained carpets absolutely spotless. He was clearly very knowledgable about what he was doing. This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as…read morepromised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn't clean the foyer at all, I'm pretty sure they didn't even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that either and they didn't vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I'm trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren't cleaning during that time. I couldn't even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It's like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures.
