In the initial walkthrough, they walk me through the issue and showed me why the issue was happening. Also told me about other concerns but wasn't trying to upsell me on doing more repairs than what I wanted which I appreciated. After I decided to go with them, Saul was able to get me on the schedule quickly and always communicated if there were any hiccups. The job was finished in about 6 hours. At the end, Saul and Dad was able to show me pictures of the work and provide a portfolio of the job at the end. I highly recommend if you have any roofing or need storm proofing as that is their speciality. I have some gutter and panels that need proofing and will be using them again. Wanted to use window/door caulk on my shower (instead of kitchen/bath caulk). Patched a textured wall. After sanding the patches smooth, they did not texture the patches. They painted. When I told the owner they should've textured the smooth spots, he said, "I wanted to but I didn't have a tray." (one of his workers overheard this and said, "I have a tray in may car.") They never did the texture. AND the area they painted had bald spots and was smeared on sides of door frame. After they left, my daughter and I had to rehang the mirror that was still crooked after they worked on it for an hour. (It took us less than 15 min. and it is now straight.)(Just don't look behind it at the 5 holes they put in the wall trying to get it straight.) I could go on with MANY more examples. Additionally, I was paying by the day. I was told I would have 3 men that would work 8 hours each . I was told how hard working they were (not like the other race that they slurred). This did not happen. They arrived late and left early. One guy disappeared for 2 hours to buy can lights and caulk. After 2 hours, he still managed to come back with only 1 waterproof cover for a shower light when they were installing 2 shower lights. I had to go buy the 2nd waterproof cover. AND that trip was when he came back with the window/wall caulk for the shower. I guess there was no one available at Lowe's to tell the handyman what to buy. yikes. One of the lights they installed makes popping noises after it heats up. I have an electrician coming tomorrow to check their work so my house doesn't burn down. This was no better than hiring a few high school kids to do the work. PLEASE avoid this company.
