We had used Bees Knees for a deep cleaning for pictures before a real estate photo shoot. The house…read morewas a mess. They did an amazing job and got everything looking amazing in about 5 hours. We had them also come and clean our trailer. They also did a good job. We asked them to clean the house again as new owners were taking over. Over half the house only needed vacuuming. Most of the walls had fresh coats of paint. While I do understand that adding an empty fridge and self cleaning oven do take extra time, they charged me for 20 hours worth of work. I welcomed them to adjust the thermostat while they worked but they never readjusted it. The empty house was being cooled to 64 for days. We had moved out of state not long after the deep cleaning and we feel they grossly took advantage of the situation.

As we walked through the home going over the fine details of what was needed as well as the tight timeline and budget, Jacqueline (owner of business) let us know that this was a larger job than she would be able to do to a satisfactory level. After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there. She's also one of the nicest people I've met in my 49 years and if i were to continue to live in Salt Lake City I would want her for regular cleaning services.
