I decided to use Clean Scrubbers, Harrow, and spoke to a Gabriel. Everything was going ok, until…read morethe day the cleaner was supposed to arrive. She was 40 mins late and did not have my contact details to call me. She apologised when she finally arrived, some mix up with the bus she caught and ended up far away. Her cleaning was ok but she needed direction and instructions every time she finished a task! But i gave her the benefit and told her i would see her next week, she agreed but she was not sure what day she could do, because of a personal committment, however she would get the agency to call me. The following week i got no phone call, so i called them and all Gabriel replied was yes she is not cleaning any more and i will see who else i can send to you. NO apology about her being late, or not returning and even not calling me. I had to chase him. I find them unprofessional and money grabbing. They say their cleaners are vetted and reliable, well i didnt get one of those cleaners. I decided to cancel because i wouldnot benefit from their cleaners. But in the meantime they have taken a months direct debit and refuse to refund me. I would not use them again or even recommend them.

Instead of trying to resolve the issue or communicate properly, they came across as uninterested and unprofessional. Reliable communication and basic customer service are essential for a cleaning company, and unfortunately this business failed on both counts. Overall, it was a poor experience and not worth the time or stress.
