So a booking was made an hour ago and we're expecting the cleaners at lunchtime. I believe that the results will be good, the carpets and also the varnished wooden floor will be cleaned to a level of perfection. Now, I will go with Lucy for a sandwich in the near Subway or may be in Kelly's. Both places are welcoming and you can order tasty food. It is too early for Indian food, so we won't go to Taste of India. Undoubtedly, it is another good restaurant in the Aldgate area.

Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning was extremely poor. Basic areas were missed, including visible dust on surfaces, the coffee table not being cleaned at all, and a dirty bin lid. I had to clean again myself after the cleaner left. Having to clean after a cleaner is unacceptable and defeats the purpose of booking a professional service. When I raised the issue with photos and video evidence, the company initially accepted that areas were missed and offered a one-hour refund as a goodwill gesture. However, this offer was later withdrawn, and I received an unprofessional and dismissive email blaming the outcome on the number of hours booked. I was told that I "had not booked enough hours", despite the fact that: * The company accepted the 3-hour booking and took payment upfront * No concerns were raised during the service * Regardless of hours booked, at least basic cleaning of visible surfaces should be completed properly This is not about £23 or £46. It is about delivering the service that was promised and paid for. Even if fewer hours are booked, it is not acceptable to leave obvious areas untouched and then justify it afterwards by arguing time allocation. The way this complaint was handled -- including withdrawing a previously offered refund after admitting fault and shifting blame onto the customer -- was unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly to families or anyone with health or allergy concerns.

They left the doors…read morelaying on the floor and piled up all over the place, preventing us moving back into the rooms. The doors are too heavy for me to move myself so I am stuck now. I work from home so being unable to use my office is a huge problem for me. Ian at CMS claimed it was because they are supposedly "not insured" to work with doors. We found this out only after the installation -- at no point before were we prepared for any problems with the doors, despite an on-site survey/measure up and two lengthy consultations in the store where we were walked through (supposedly) every aspect of the installation. We paid a great sum of money for an comprehensive installation service and have been left to go on Google scrabbling around for a handyman to fix their mess. Manager did not even do the courtesy of apologising and delegated it to the front desk lackey. Not good. I advise you all to use CarpetRight instead, because they *do* offer a complete service, including door trimming and re-fitting.

The ranges include everything from cheap flooring to top of the range wool carpets. Some of the carpets are available from stock but the majority are ordered in. Room sized remnants are available. Staff are very helpful and offer good advice. It's possible to borrow samples to view at home, without charge and for as long as you like. They also offer a service whereby samples will be brought round to your house so that you can take a pick from a wider range in situ. Measuring services are available. Fittings that we have had done have been good. Fitters have turned up on time and been neat and tidy in their work. You can't negotiate much on price but charges for fitting etc seem to be reasonable. There are regular sales but don't expect too many big discounts. The shop also stock a small range of beds although this doesn't seem to be key business. Recommended.

At short notice at the end of my tenancy I arranged for a carpet and spring clean. After 2 hours the carpet looked like new, in fact I would almost suggest, in better condition than when I moved in, and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Both of the team who visited me were very professionalism. I had to work at home that day, so they worked around me, asked informed questions about what I wanted and delivered what I wanted within the three hours pre-inventory 'cleaning window' I'd foolishly set myself. The booking process was also foolproof, it was a simple call, a confirmation by email and both of the team arrived promptly on time and in good spirits. The cleaner in particular worked tirelessly, I came in at one point to find her standing on the sideboard cleaning the top of the cabinets, something that I didn't even think of and a level of detail that showed that she knew what she was doing, and what my agent might be looking for. At £43 for a three hour through clean and £95 for a 4 room (heavily stained), carpet clean, this really was a bargain! I wish I'd had them around sooner!
