    So communication with Taylor or Sandra or whoever is the owner was good. She was responsive and told me the per hour amount. She did quite something a bit lower so beware of that, because there are only so many people and they can work very slow. We have always had cleaning people and we had ours for over 10 years and they were efficient and cleaned everything well. She sent 2 ladies over- one spoke English and the other didn't (this wasn't the issue.) The other one didn't seem to understand the one translating everything that was being told to her. So there was a definite communication barrier. In our 3400 square foot house- we only asked for them to clean 2 bedrooms (out of 6 bedrooms,) and 3 bathrooms along with the family and formal rooms. This took the cleaning people 4.5 hours. This usually took our other service 2-3 hours and they had 2-3 people every time. They don't do dishes or load the dishwasher and they definitely don't dust or clean up. Although my tables are cluttered, my old service would align things or make it look neater. They also don't put things back where they are supposed to go. I paid $540 for a mediocre cleaning. The bathrooms weren't wiped down as well and they even placed my sons toothbrush next to the scrubber brush. I won't be hiring them on the future and nothing was resolved after. They stayed after my daughter inspected everything and charged me for that time as well.

    I intended on leaving this alone, but I'm finding more dirty dishes that were hidden.... I just got a new job which takes away all of my time at home so decided to hire a cleaning service to help lighten my load. They were easy to book with and did come on time, but I was so disappointed I canceled my upcoming cleaning services. First off I received a quote for the full 1 bedroom house (under 1000 square feet inside) said to be between $120-$150 We the lady got here I told her don't worry about the bedroom cause it wasn't ready for them. So that being said she only had a small kitchen, tiny bathroom and living area. The " dining nook" is where my spice racks and catering supplies are, but then was told after services were done it was $200. I still have the lady a $40 tip cause I'm like ok it's not her fault I guess. Now it's days later and I'm just getting around to emptying my dish drain and seeing what my cabinets look like and half of this stuff, if not all, needs to be rewashed. On top of that she left the dirtiest rag on my clean (brand new) comforter. When I saw the dishes today I just couldn't let this go unsaid cause no one should have to go through this. I'm only posting what I saw right now. Day one there was dirty Tupperware tossed in cabinets. Nothing was organized at all. ICING ON THE CAKE I ALMOST FORGOT. SHE RAN THE DISHWASHER ON MY CAST IRON GRIDDLE TO AND PAN. RUINED‼‼‼ I don't even use the dishwasher and definitely didn't expect someone I hired to use it on my cast iron or anything else. Update: after the response given I must say that is false. The only other contact I gave was on the 19th when I wrote to cancel further services when i seen the first round of problems. I never heard back without even a question about how last service was or why it was canceled. The day i wrong this review is the day i saw what's photoed. Like i said i work almost 18 hours a day or more so it takes a while for me to get around to seeing these problems. So please don't try to make it seem like this is brand new. I also don't think you should have people cleaning kitchens that don't know rules on something like cats iron. It's simple no dishwashers and no soap. I didn't even mention my knife that was rusted cause it didn't get dried. I'm a professional chef and these items mean a lot to me and it's not something I've had to explain to past service providers.

    Very underwhelmed and honestly pretty frustrated. Summary: subpar cleaning, poor customer service. Would NOT recommend. I paid for a "deep clean" for my mom for Mother's Day after a few of her grandkids moved out. I specifically asked for a deep clean, and when the cleaners got here they asked if there were any specifics other than general cleaning. My mom told them baseboards and windowsills. Partway through the cleaning 2 of the 3 employees left to do another job. During the walkthrough after I had a screaming baby and was unable to look at every window sill, the baseboards, etc. I expected them to have done their job. And even if they hadn't, was I going to force one employee to deep clean an entire house by herself since the other employees left? After looking at the house the next day I noticed that not a single baseboard had been wiped down, half the window sills were filthy, there were chocolate milk spots left on the walls (thank you 3 year old nephew, haha), spider webs in corner, toothpaste splatters on mirrors, etc. They didn't even do a general clean, let alone a deep clean with the specifics we requested. They also charged $100 more than they quoted us, which would have been fine if they had done the work we asked for when we got the quote. Instead we paid $100 more for a subpar cleaning job. I called back several times after to explain my frustration and nobody ever answered. I left a message and they never called back. Also after the clean when we were trying to pay by credit card we could hear the manager yelling at the employee through the phone. Overall very bad impression.

    *** PLEASE READ, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU & THEN THREATEN TO INVOLVE THE POLICE & COME ONTO YOUR PROPERTY UNANNOUNCED *** It takes forever to confirm an appt with them. Ashleigh said she sent a confirmation, but I never received it. Tried calling & she never answers/returns any calls. Day of appt crew arrives at 8:30, finishes at 12:30. They're ready to leave yet the only things noticeably done were the bathrooms/kitchen. Mind you this is a detailed move out clean. I kindly address the untouched windows, baseboards, walls/doors & ceiling & they just blankly stare at me. I ask about the carpet & they couldn't give me any details about when the next crew would be here. They call Ashleigh, she arrives & the crew says they "forgot their cleaning equipment" for the ceilings/windows. Ashleigh leaves then returns with more supplies, I repeat my list of important services & she rudely responds with "yeah I can see the house, I already know what needs to be done, so that's why I'm here". 2:30 we go back. Original crew is already leaving. We go inside & the walls/doors are still an issue. Ashleigh says they attempted one wall but the paint is too old to wash, it would take hours, & would be expensive, so they won't do it. We say we're unhappy with the job. She was on her phone the entire time we spoke, & tells us "to be honest...the lead crew member decided not to come because she previously had COVID & didn't want to risk getting sick" (totally understand, but would have been nice to know) & then oddly she says if she knew they'd be short, she'd have come with them. She asks if we're staying the night, we say yes. We say we're worried about the carpet not being dry enough to put a mattress on, she shrugged & suggested we sleep on the tile in the kitchen. We then agree to use Venmo as payment. She says it'll take a while to finish the job, but she'll call once finished. My boyfriend & I leave. It's 4:30 but we're ready to go back home. THERES NOBODY THERE. We walk in, carpets are damp. We immediately call Ashleigh, no answer after 3 attempts. We leave a voicemail & she texts me at 6 saying she was at another job & will call us in a few minutes. She sends our invoice of $540 (original quote) plus a $50 wall washing charge. She calls about 30 minutes later. We ask why were being charged for the wall, she gets defensive & says they attempted one section. We said we can't see anything so she says "wait until you see it tomorrow in the sun you'll see how scrubbed up the paint is". We said we weren't happy with today's service, since feedback is a normal part of a follow up. She got very loud & angry & said they did us a favor by coming & her girls did a great job for how gross our house is & called us ungrateful for not being happy with their work. (The house is big, old, & has had a lot of roommates. She pointed out the space under the sink which we didn't even expect to be cleaned, the few pots/pans/dishes left in the cabinets, & said the carpet will need to be replaced. Definitely not "inhabitable" as she described") she got a huge attitude over the wall charge but eventually dropped it, & demanded the rest of the $540 bill. Normally it wouldn't be an issue, but we weren't satisfied & just wanted to negotiate a lower price. Never declined paying. She then lost it & says "hold on, I just wanna make sure I heard that right but did you say you aren't going to pay today? I just wanna make sure I have all this information correct for the police report I'm filing & for contacting your commanding officer in the military". We told her she just left the job without even telling us she was finished so we could come home for the night, or how they didn't even mention they would be short staffed. Her response was "legally I don't have to tell you any of those things, I know how to run my business. I didn't even know you were staying the night since 99.8% of my customers aren't even living at the house anymore". (This was false, because we actually did tell her we'd be sleeping there.) Then she said she regrets coming into our house as her son is immunocompromised & said "legally you have to tell me if you have a "COVID positive" I literally risked mine & my families life today" yet earlier it wasn't an issue as long as the house was empty & aired out, which it was. Masks were also worn. Then she asked for our CARD DETAILS "just so I have more info to identify you in my police report". We reminded her we agreed on using Venmo, she says SHE DOESN'T HAVE VENMO despite our conversation earlier. She ends by saying that she wasn't going to argue anymore & she would be expecting her $540 payment & hangs up. A few minutes pass & she actually SENT HER BOYFRIEND TO OUR HOUSE. He asks us if there's gonna be any problems & we say not at all we're just trying to pay. He gives us his Venmo, we pay, & that was that. Long story short, don't waste your money, time, or sanity. Just find a different company.

I got a text before they arrived saying that they preferred. I was not home while they cleaned so nobody would get in the way. They showed up 45 minutes late. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a house cleaner. Run as fast as you can.. Horrible business. I would not recommend. They want a deposit upfront, do not come to your house to do an estimate. They had no kind of paperwork to email you. I had to ask for what they're gonna do at my house to be emailed to me because they could not clearly communicate what they would be doing as far as cleaning . I should've checked the Google reviews first because there is a Google review that someone left one star and expresses the same exact concerns I do. I asked for my doors to be cleaned and I was told they are just stained. They said they cannot be cleaned. While they were here, they did the bathrooms which included the sinks and the tubs . The baseboards were left filthy . No dusting was done. Thick layers of dust were left everywhere . Nonstop talking between the two of them the whole entire time so they hardly got any work done . The three bedrooms they were supposed to clean were not cleaned . The walls were still dirty that they said they could not get the dirt off of . I have since had a cleaner come and was able to get all the dirt off of the walls and doors that they said was stained . They were not stained the dirt, came off with bleach and Palmolive . A person left a Google review a month ago, put the same complaints I did about wanting a deposit, not coming out to do an estimate, not being clear about the work they were gonna be doing and leaving the house very very dirty and not being professional and only making excuses for the work they did not do and taking no accountability and only putting the blame back on you and gaslighting. . in my case when I expressed being unhappy about the work, they did they immediately went to attacking me verbally calling me crazy and insane just because I was unhappy with the work they did in my home. I told them if they did not come back and finish it that I would be leaving bad reviews. What is wrong with that ?! They are bad reviews that are well deserved. When a business owner personally verbally attacks, a customer that they have done business with it reflects poorly on the business owner, not the client. never did they take accountability for their poor quality cleaning . No business contract written up or anything. When I first asked, I was told "we don't do that"and I said well if I'm gonna have you come clean my house I want an email(proof) stating what you're gonna be doing. (That way, I could hold them accountable for the work they are saying they're gonna do ). The two business partners spent four hours at my home and when they left, it looked no better than when they first walked in the door. They did not get to my kitchen downstairs or living room. Only cleaned the stove, microwave and countertops were filthy, and even though one of them cleaned out my refrigerator it was still dirty . The work that was supposed to be done such as dusting and windows in the rooms that were supposedly done was not done. They said that they do the floors last and those were not done either. After they left I left in my daughter's room and they had not swept, and there was stuff all over the floor . Complete rip off, and I feel taken advantage of. When you book a deep clean, you expect that somebody will finish it that day and they left after hardly doing any work and one of them said they had plans to go to a Halloween party in San Francisco . I asked for half of my money back since they did not finish the job . At least I got half of my money back but I could not recommend this business. They do not finish the job and they do not clean the house. Well, everything is left dirty . When you say something about their poor work they verbally put you down to others on social media calling you crazy and insane, which is completely disrespectful when all I'm pointing out is their poor work. . When I asked why they did not do estimates at peoples houses before giving them a quote., the owner replied "I got the idea off of TikTok where people rate their houses between a one and a 5 being the dirtiest and it's been pretty accurate. "I was told I would be getting $100 discount off of $500. When they actually came out to my home that no longer applied. What house cleaner does not come out and do an estimate before going to clean a home? As well as wanting a deposit before they come out to clean a home they've never seen before. There was so many red flags and I just did not listen to my gut. I won't do that again. Lesson learned
