Please don't trust this company! My husband and I paid to have an end of tenancy clean. They took our money and did not clean our flat. It took over 2 months until our Landlord returned our deposit because of the uncleaned flat(which he took pictures of to prove). We ended up having to pay our friend to go and clean our flat 'again'. He also took pictures of the awful mess it was left in by this so called cleaning company. We spent weeks trying to get ahold of them, asking them to go back and properly clean it or return our money. When I finally was able to speak to the manager, he talked over me, actually yelled at me and the hung up on me. None of their contact numbers worked and when we sent them letters, they always got returned to us. Parts of their website are unfinished and unprofessional. Please don't trust this company!
