I used this cleaning service and I found it overpriced and very poor. They cleaned my two bed apartment costing $189. They did not clean the floors, the trash was not taken out, the surfaces were not cleaned. for this price the only I could see that they had done was vacuum. I called Clean my Tribe to request a deep clean and to establish a bi-weekly cleaning service. They were able to perform the deep clean within 2 days of my call. Now I am able to keep my house straight between the every 2 week visits. Since I have not retired yet, I was so overwhelmed and stressed about having to use my "free time" to clean. I was impressed with the professionalism of this service. Even during these trying times, they were on time to the appointment. Every room and closet was done as requested. The crew was very respectful and left the large cleaning machine outside the house and only brought in the hose and scrubbing apparatus. They were in and out in under 2hrs. They used a "subcontractor" that did not finish the cleaning. We called 6 days later after visiting the house and we noticed areas were not cleaned at all. We complained and asked for another person to finish the job and was declined as it had been longer than 48 hours since the initial cleaning. There were no furnishings in the house and it is not occupied. Felt ripped off for over $300 for a half cleaned house. Won't stand by their work. Do NOT recommend. read more

I highly recommend CleanMyTribe. Limited as my experience with cleaning services might be, they have been the best among the several I have tried. They are good for a couple of reasons. 1. Ample communication. They sent out reminders of the cleaning session via text to me, and actively communicated about possible alternative time slots for the session. Always a plus to communicate well with your clients, since it lends a feeling of being responsible. 2. Very good cleaning. A cleaning service can't possibly be good without good, well, cleaning, and I can vouch for them in this category. They revitalized my (filthy) bathroom and kitchen in a mere 2-hour session. All wall surfaces were left white and shiny. The toilet, the sinks, the countertops, etc... were like new after their cleaning. They even went the extra mile to clean the top of my tall fridge/microwave set up. They did not have time to deep clean my living room/bedroom (not that I intended for them to do), but they left my carpet very clean with some quick vacuuming. They were efficient and professional during the session. I was left without a single negative thing to say about the job they did. I appreciate CleanMyTribe's efforts to become a great cleaning service. They are on the right track. They came and left, needed a full house cleaning for the arrival of newborn, I'm 9 months pregnant. 2 old Hoodlums showed up with an older lady , one was a older guy who was limping , the other an older guy who lied and said they would "knock it out" and went to their truck or van and left this pregnant mom to scramble and find another company to complete the job. The price went up that was gonna be fine but instead of waiting or giving me a chance to accept it they just left! And by the condition of the crew they sent why would I even ask for them to send another crew. I do not trust this company, buyer beware! I honestly don't know from the looks of them if they were even capable of doing the job that needed done. That date was March 19th , and thankfully in this situation they gave me money back but I've read other reviews where they gave portions back , so just be careful with using company. The people that came were old! Also I should add the house wasn't in that bad of shape , they were not threatened , they were welcomed with respect, and we are not horders! I had a move-in cleaning a couple of weeks ago. Their service was prompt and it was easy to make a reservation. They left a sparkling apple cider and a nice note, which is nice. However, the quality of their cleaning was only mediocre. I found that there were some spots that were not adequately cleaned. Showers and faucets were left uncleaned; some cobwebs were left uncleaned on windows; food residues are still left in the vegetable boxes in the fridge; and it looked like they even forgot to clean floor of my laundry room. Moreover, I found one of the stove handles was broken, which worked perfectly fine before the cleaning. A refrigerator shelf was broken too, but I don't have evidence whether it was broken while they cleaned it, so I decided to give a benefit of doubt. I complained about these items and they said they could re-clean those areas, but they never followed up. read more
