Of those, only three companies answered my calls, and those who answered sounded irked and/or did not have a schedule of availability on-hand and would need to return my call later in the day or early next week (what!?). Bret Wooten of Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning immediately answered my telephone call this morning and was patient, kind, and understanding as I expressed my needs and concerns. It was a relief to finally speak with someone who did not seem hurried or irritated that I was needing to use their business for services.. Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning is not located in Boone, NC, but the company does service this area with some notice. His next availability for my needs is not until early July, so I am unsure if I will be able to wait that long. If so, however, I will certainly schedule an appointment with this company. I feel genuinely compelled to write this review and mention the top tier customer service I received on the phone this morning. Larry is the carpet guy who always cleaned my carpet and I give him Kudos for always being so nice to me. I cut ties with them on June 11, 2018 b/c I was told the time was 9am for arrival time. After 10am and no one showed up, I called Reed's and inquired about them being late. They told me they would be at my home between 11:30- 12:30. I specifically do not recall being told this time frame. I would not have gotten up so early waiting on them if I knew they were coming at this time frame but I was told two weeks ago 9am. I talked to a Michelle who turned out to be very rude and unprofessional in her words to me. She would not do anything to fix the issue of being told the wrong time. She suggested to me that she could give me names of other businesses to clean my carpet. Well, I thought this was very unprofessional to be told this. Then Michelle had a nerve to hang up the phone in my face. Now is this a professional way to act? They are not hurting for business. Anyway, I called back and sent a message to Michelle that she cost the company and bad rating on reviews. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Well we did our best to remove the stain but there was some residue left and we decided to call SS. Well actually I went to the web to set the appointment. I was surprised they only offered wide ranges of times. My time was 9-5. So I guess they think if cable can get away with that so can they. I assumed.
