I am a nurse who is currently going through a body detox and I came here to do a colon hydrotherapy session. The buildup of toxins in our body can cause insomnia, exhaustion, sluggishness, constipation, depression, cognitive confusion and swelling. The moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and bright the place is. The owner carol is personable and very informative about the services that her business provides. I felt comfortable and even booked a second session. They also offer Botox, pdo threads, fillers and other services as well. I have been seeing Dr. Kira for the past two years. Instead of looking tired and old I'm aging in reverse! When people find out my age they cannot believe it. Sherry and Carol are definitely doing God's work :))) being in the colonics business. It's definitely not for everyone to serve people in this way. I'm new to colonics and I had tried another place in Phoenix/Scottsdale area. And it was not the greatest experience. CleanzSpa was completely opposite, Carol and Sherry are so compassionate and helpful. It's extremely sanitary and both are very knowledgeable. They also offer extra add-ons that weren't available at the other place I went to. I'd recommend adding on, as things like chlorella and probiotics are so beneficial to replenishing gut flora. You really have to have a love for people to be in this business and both of them are so passionate about helping people reach their optimal health. So where do I begin, I was so excited when I went to the spa the esthetician the nurse was fantastic very very sweet young but very knowledgeable and she knew what she was doing, I was super excited cuz I'm tired of my Groupons to find the right place for me! I do Botox maybe three times a year only 20 units it holds it very well every 4 for 5 months. So I actually use my Groupon, and I actually purchase an additional 5 which is a lot for me. I redeemed my Groupon May 22nd, not even three weeks later all my crow's feet were back around my eyes and the middle of my forehead. Everyone there is so friendly so this is hard for me to even say. I'm not one for being rough around the edges. I gave them a call when I spoke to the actual front desk or I believe it's one of the owners not too sure, but when I was actually telling her that the botox did it hold she jumped to conclusion well it's because if you work out a lot, if you don't follow the rules, your Botox may not hold. I've been doing BOTOX for quite a few years now I don't have to sit by do it three times a year I know the 4 to 6 hour rule I know also that no working out even the first couple days or anything strenuous. she said we'll come on in will have the nurse look at you and then we'll do touch up. Well I went in and I was asked how many would I like to purchase, as stated before these women have really really a sweet! But I was very turned off at the fact instead of correcting the situation I was told me because I smile too much or didn't follow the rules! A pretty dumbfounded but I didn't want to seem cheap, find you I have never ever used more than 20-25 ever! I purchased 10 more units I've new tax it's the same thing as Botox not at like dysport it's the new new Botox so I was told. Now I'm going on and having almost 40 units in my face so you would think my face would be kind of Frozen three weeks later not even two and a half all my crow's feet came back around my eyes and the middle of my forehead and my lines. I was livid what a waste of money for these results,?!!!!!! So I decided to call again, I was floored at the fact, when they left me a message on my voicemail explain doll but we're still on time cuz we're still having a Botox special!! I was dumbfounded not only I'm almost 40 units into this you're going to actually have me purchase more Botox. I've heard that some batches just are in a strong as others I'm not saying that their Botox is not great ! But something's not right! It's sad because I trusted them especially invested in them by purchasing all these units! And my face didn't hold! and I was told the first time it's because I work out a lot but I haven't worked out in 2 years. And I smile a lot I've been to several places, in the past where I received Botox. I've been to several places senzo Med spa, and a few others where I just got 20 units and it held for like 5 months. I'm not one to try to get something free but I was very turned off at the fact that 3r owns 40 units in and my face looks like shit. It's a shame because all the girls are so sweet but at the same time I spent well over three hundred bucks and that's with another service. I had a colon cleanse, 45$. 350$later and now I have to find someone else to do my Botox I'm just very sad and disappointed when I reached out, not even hey come on and we'll touch it you up for free or no compassion it's was all about the dollar never again!! read more

I've been on this weight loss journey for about 10 years. I've tried almost every diet you can think of. Then I met Kira she is very professional and delightful. She really cares about what you want in your weight loss journey. Her program is very easy to follow and you even get to cheat! I've lost 70 pounds in a year with little effort and no exercise. The office is nice and neat. Very professional and friendly front desk lady. My service with Eryana for my full set hybrid was a 5 star rating I needed to put out! She likes to converse and always checks if you're comfortable. Sometimes you fall asleep during the appt and she doesn't mind, but it's nice to keep a conversation going. This is the to go place for affordable hydrotherapy treatments. Sherry and Carol are very sweet and helpful. They come in to check on you periodically and provide tips and tricks to get the best out of your treatment. The machines are kept very clean. The rest of the spa is nice too. They have a really great opening package price for treatments, so do not hesitate to get in. Would recommend to everyone! My only wish is that they were closer to me, but their services and prices are worth the commute! read more

Today 04/17/19 I came in for my first V-Steam, and I couldn't have had a better first time experience! Both Carol and Sherry are sweethearts, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The room was very clean, and the light was pink/purple and dimmed, it was perfect. Carol came in 10 minutes into my v-steam and offered me Tea, & some water, I listened to some calm music, while smelling the mix of herbs that were used for the steam. A candle was lit as well, it smelled amazing in the room. The V-Steam was incredible, I was comfortable, and it felt overall amazing, it was like a heating pad but from the inside out, I loved it. First they were an hour late taking me in, that should have been a sign right there, someone else came in a half hour after me and they said oh we have an opening we will take you right back. They eventually brought me back, the person who took me had me sit in another waiting room as the room wasn't clean, they numbed me and started and after a half hour of explaining the areas I wanted targeted, she said they couldn't lift my cheeks, once I told her I had a Groupon she asked me to return it, or it would wind up costing me much more. I had already paid over a ton for a Groupon and paid for the 2 areas to be lifted. she said that it only covered 1 thread on on side of the face in one area, the sign in the lobby said 6 threads and 4 smoothing threads for 1300. But my thousand dollar 2 area Groupon only covered 2 threads which would really only be 1 area because there are 2 sides to a face. So I was so frustrated by this point I just said get it done, most of my face was numb and she was nice enough to check for most of the points, I also have a high pain threshold so I dealt with it, but when she did my lower right side jaw it was not numb and it was absolutely excruciating, like someone was forcefully tearing the muscles off of my jaw bone I was screaming and all she did was "I engaged the barbs" when she did my eyebrows she went in through the center of my eyelids, I watched hundreds of pdo videos before coming and not once did I see them go in anywhere aside from the hairline down to the eyebrow. This lady went the exact opposite and put a big hole in both of my eyelids, my face was covered in bruise the day after. When she did my eyebrows she actually pulled them down totally ruining my beautiful arches, I said to the person performing the procedure and the owner that I felt that they looked crooked while I was in the office, they insisted they were fine. I definitely didn't like what had been done but they insisted it was normal. it is now 2 weeks out and it feels like there are two needles in my jaw that stab on both sides every time I smile, my right eyebrow has a huge lump forming above it that makes a snapping noise when touched, my jaw feels like there is an infection growing where one of the threads are. I've called them and I am met with the worst attitude the owner is absolutely unprofessional during the procedure the cleanliness standards were not good at all because the person doing the procedure left the room to grab supplies didn't wash her hands and didn't change her gloves but went right to work on me. The owner maintained that this is all normal. They also refused to give me a receipt, I am still waiting for a receipt to explain what the $2700 covered aside from ruining me.
