We built a fence about 3-4 years ago, and was hoping and praying that it would last a long time…read more While on vacation, my 7 foot cedar fence, was tagged by some turkey named "bones". :-/ I initially contacted the company who built the fence, they quoted me an inflated amount of $385.00 + tax, due to the fact that 25 wooden cedar were affected but they were not available until the following week sometime after my return. :-O I contacted the City's Grafitti removal because this service is free, and they told me that it would be 5-6 weeks before they could come out. But the local call center informed me that they only remove the grafitti and that I would have to wait a while because our zipcode had just been done and it was not our cycle anymore. They also told me that the rest of the wooden slat is my issue, they would only take care of the graffitti, so I would have a circle and the removal was not a guarantee. :-( I contacted Pheonix Clean after talking to the City folks because I just could not be greeted with the grafitti after such a wonderful vacation. When Pheonix arrived at my house and saw the damage, Tim called me that same day, while I was on vacation and he gave me a quote, when I heard the amount, he removed it right after I gave him to go ahead. Now the boards would look as If I had replaced them completely and I wouldnt have to wait 5-6 weeks, What a savings! I knew after speaking with him that he would be able make it look new again. The freshley washed cedar slats will turn to their once ash beautiful color in time. I really appreciate them for doing it that same day. I contacted my neighbor and asked her to look outside and let me know if she can see the grafitti, and she thought I had replaced them with brand new boards.
