We are looking at rural, remote properties that a realtor really needs and ATV to show. Mr. Deason didn't have that but did take us by 4x4 into the properties. Some were very tough to get in and out of but he was determined to show the property. We ended up using another realtor to purchase our property only because we found a property located outside of his area. But we will contact him if we decide to purchase residential investment or commercial property in Tyler. Genuine man, very personable and respectful. He has great suggestions on local eateries too!
