Had a front windshield cracked that needed to be replaced. The big "S" company that advertises…read morenightly on national TV wanted twice as much as I was quoted by Cedar Valley Auto Glass. Twice as much. So, I gave then my business and they were outstanding. Truly. Prompt, professional and true value pricing. The price quote I got was firm and they use the same windshield glass as the dealers use... Hopefully I won't need to use them again - but I would in a heartbeat. Their customer service and their installation were both top notch. Most highly recommended!

There was quite a bit of damage, thankfully Glass Tech offered to take on the repair. They made sure to restore my car's damage before installing a new windshield correctly. 5-Star Job!!! Car came back good as new, the staff was amazing, they made it a painless repair process. I recommend anyone to take their car here! This morning a tech came out to replace my windshield. An hour later the windshield was removed, my…read moredashboard was in pieces, and my door sealing was hanging loose so the door wouldn't shut. The tech told me he was sorry, but there was rust under the sealing that he couldn't see before he removed it, even though it was clearly visible above the sealing line. Nothing he could do. Sorry. Then he poured a dozen random screws into my hand, gave me my radio antena and left. It's about to rain, I'm at work, and I have two children to pick up after work. The truck is not driveable. Customer service, said, sorry, tough luck. My advice, go anywere but Safelite. Have your drunk uncle do it with duct tape and a butter knife before you call them.

They scratched both of my fenders and my A pillars, and also scratched my dash while just replacing the windshield. They aknowlegded that they caused the damage, but won't pay to fix it. These guys are fucking idiots stay away from this place.
