Wow, what a contrast to so many locally owned companies! As soon as I made the appointment to have…read moreour ducts cleaned, I got a text and email confirming the information. On the morning of the appointment I received a text message with the names of the men who would be coming to my house. About 20 minutes out I received a courtesy call from one of them telling me they were about 20 minutes out. They arrived right at the appointment time originally set. They were happy, eager to work, answered questions, offered suggestions, let us watch them work and see the issues they saw in their 'scope' they put in one of the vents. They picked up after themselves, either took their shoes off in the house or covered them with dust covers - very professional and pleasant to talk to. They offer several services, one of one is a heavy plastic/rubber sheeting in the crawl space that seals the space completely - after our experience today we will for sure use them for this service. My HVAC died and it's old, they don't make it anymore. I'm also dealing with a horrible warranty company. The situation still wasn't resolved as I was informed by my warranty company I needed a second opinion from a DIFFERENT company. Brad told me he would stick by me and help me out. The day of our third appointment came and Brad was going to come back with a friend of another company. He called 5 min before my appointment and canceled. I asked him to get back to me ASAP to reschedule as I work full time. A week goes by and I don't hear back from anyone even after texting. I finally heard back and was told that I need to go with a different company. There were other odd reasonings as to why they couldn't come out or accommodate me. I was also quoted SUPER high.
