Can't say as to the quality of craftsmanship as I've always heard great things of the company and have a long standing reputation. That said I want to say this I suffered a house fire rendering my home a total loss. I then began the rebuild process and reached out in hopes of them constructing my trusses. Upon first contact with what I assume to be the receptionist was the best, kind and warm personality. She then transferred my call to Eddie and I explained my needs. He said he'd be glad to help and asked that I send pdf. file of blue print. I did so Immediately and awaited his call back. 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing from him so I emailed a total of four times with no response. I then called and got the sweet receptionist again and she transferred me to him and I got his voicemail. I left a voicemail and now 4 almost 5 days later still nothing. It sincerely takes a garbage human being to not have the common decency to at minimum reach out and say look I'm sorry we can't help you. So I will now make it my mission to spread this message across every social media outlet I have at my disposal. Social media marketing is what I do for a living and I'm very good at my job.
