I have used a NUMBER of other platforms as well. 1.0…read morewas great in its heyday. 2.0 has improved dramatically, but when launched it wasnt even usable in year 1, like literally, unusable. year 2 was still barely functional. they screwed over their old clients with the way they pushed them into 2.0, and limiting 1.0 usage unless you paid for that too.... and then in 2024 charged new clients less that the plan founding members were on. And if you called to switch to the new plan, there was technicalities. i could go on and on about non functional features, bugs, ect in 2.0 They offer features on their website arent yet functional therefore taking advantage of uneducated new customers. and what it does do, it doesnt do well. They probably have a decent future ahead of them, but canceling today after finally having all my funnels and automations rebuilt elsewhere was the moment I have been waiting for for 2 years.... cherry on top, i go to cancel and explain, in one short paragraph, and it had a 255 character limit, doesnt tell you that, doesnt let you edit, just takes you back to the main page and you have to start the cancelation all over again LOL typical CF 2.0 BS - so over them, good riddens, future buyers be ware - i wont say where i migrated to, but i am soooooo much happier I would not write this review if they would have considered refunding me for the software i paid for that didnt do at min a 1/4 of what it promised

If I need faster help I go post my question in the Facebook group and there are great users and actual employees in there all the time helping each other out. CF is an awesome tool if you want to get leads and sales for your business. For those that say it's a scam... I don't know how to help you. There are literally thousands of people who have sold over $1M using CF so it does work.
