We contacted NRSS who were local and they asked if they were able to take the van in. They explained that they could take the van in and would see to it as soon as possible. Today the 1st September they STILL have not even looked at my van despite multiple calls and me explaining that this is a work van and it is costing me a fortune not having it. All I got was a dis-interested (borderline rude) female receptionist and a slightly more enthusiastic man who simply said they will see to it when they are no longer busy. NRSS have cost me a fortune, not only on business lost, vans hired and the mayhem with logistics but also the second recovery vehicle I needed to book to move the van from their location to another garage that cared enough to see the van the next day and aim to have it repaired by the end of the week. NRSS have been a complete let down and need to be clearer with clients in the future. If you have no clear availability for a month ahead, TELL THE CLIENT so they can book somewhere else...

I found that the ability to test drive is pretty much unlimited and encouraged to give the customer the best opinion of the choice they have. And believe me when I say: there is a lot of choice! The facility is very modern and holds a huge stock of upmarket cars. There probably isn't much held by Imperial that's under four and a half grand. All car stock is RAC tested mechanically and is valeted to great standard before handover. It gives you a great sense of quality in what you're purchasing. I'd highly recommend these guys. You pay perhaps slightly more than you would elsewhere, but service is brilliant, all cars are at a very high standard, and you will find yourself not wanting to buy elsewhere once you've visited!

They do a good job, without going overboard with "extras" that were probably not needed. I have found them to be very reliable and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
