Four of us including myself came to this hookah lounge after looking at its reviews online. The outside seating area was amazing. We are from NY so we are familiar with a hookah lounge environment and this was quite the charm. I saw the sun setting outside. The owner and our server Samantha were very helpful to us. We ordered a orange mint mix and a pink lemonade mint mix and both were very good. She even gave us a discount for being from her hometown NY. Located in a plaza so plenty of parking. The place was very nice to us and made us feel right at home. The inside decor was very nice as well and have beer wine selection for those who drink. Do come !! read more

I love Cleo's! I've been going to this hookah bar for about two years and I can honestly say this is my favorite place to smoke. They have the best variety of flavors, comfortable couches, and the best servers I've ever had. I've been to hookah bars all over Orlando and Tampa, and this is still my favorite place to smoke. The servers recognize frequent customers and have always been really nice to my friends and I, it's really hard not to love this place. Plan on going there later today, actually! read more

I went here on a Wednesday night (6/12) and this place was a ghost town, and now I know why. I had brought my younger sister with me, she's 17, because we had just come out of work and I didn't have time to drop her off. When we sat down where my friends were already seated, the server Samantha promptly asked for our ID's which I gladly obliged and then told her that my sister wasn't going to be smoking because she's underage in which she turned to her and said "If we catch you smoking, we're kicking you out," with a smug smile on her face. Great social skills these employees have, I guess no one trained her how to actually socialize in a hospitality based practice. Also to my chagrin, she walked across the room from our area and promptly told the other people who were smoking hookah as well (who I assume were the owners based on what my friends knew) to keep an eye on her in case she smokes. It's nice to know you're going to be watched the entire night and naturally marked as a liar. I also asked what beers they had in which she replied "Domestic and Imported." I then asked if she knew the specifics and she goes "Well we have a lot." Thanks for the help, I asked if they had Bud Light Lime and they did, and ordered one of those. I had to get up and go to the bar to order a second because no one had come to our table at all after the first "greeting." In fact no one came to our table the entire night to check on coals or replace them for that matter. To top it all off when I went up to the bar to pay for my two beers, I had an 18% gratuity already added to my bill which wasn't mentioned before hand and I was also never given a menu. I asked if they always automatically tipped and she did another annoying grin and said "Yes, always." Although I understand why they do automatic tip because I was ready to leave them nothing considering she gave the shittiest service I've ever seen. Basis of the story, go to Sahara or Alchemy by Colombian Burger where they actually want your business and the employees work* with a genuine smile on their face and you can leave a tip without cringing. read more

After checking out another hookah bar and being pleasantly surprised, i decided to try this place out. Walking in this place looks like restaurant. That's cool but I prefer couches. They had some which were taken. I asked to speak to the manager about the check in deal, and was immediately sorry. This lady is rude and very childish. Hookah selection A, Atmosphere C+, service FFF I have no idea how the waitress has a job period. We were never asked for new drinks, she was literally sitting down behind the bar. She was more worried about fixing couches rather than attending the guests in the building. We had to go up to her 2-3 times while she was did NOTHING to ask if there was anything we needed. My fiance told her look I like this place but this is the worst service ever. She didn't care and I frankly just wanted to leave. My fiance was pissed he didn't speak to a manager cause my experience was ruined. And it gets worse we were charged an auto gratuity of $7 on $50 for Ms. Incompetent. Um was I at a restaurant with 6 ppl or more. I mean seriously the most ridiculous shit I've seen. My fiance called that night and I guess the "Manger" had the same amount of brain cells the waitress did. They ask him oh really tonight were you over 21 my fiance then said you know what just forget it and hung up out of frustration. Now Cleopatra staff if you are reading this, this is why you don't have business because you don't know what it takes to do so. I came in on Thursday night with my friends , amazing atmosphere , great customer service. Oh .. And the hookah are defiantly not a cheap brand , it tasted so good , not like most of hookah places around . The service girls here were nice but the owner was incredibly rude, the moment the lights turned on at 2 AM she personally came over to our group and proceeded to remove drinks. In a loud and very rude tone she asked me for HER GLASS it's time to go ... I politely told her that she can have her glass when I was done with the drink that I paid for. She had a problem with me wanting to finish my cocktail but did not have a problem at all in taking my money just 2 minutes prior. They charged my card numerous times with debits and returns and I don't know why nor was I aware of it and am in the process of getting it all corrected with my bank. The drinks were watered down on purpose. You can clearly taste the water that was in our shots and regular drinks as well. We didn't complain about that we figured it was already closing time we will enjoy what's left of the night and continue our merry way. Every single person even one who had about 1/2 a drink woke up with a horrible headache and I think it had to do with the quality of liquor that was served. The prices for one drink were close to $15 so I expected better. New management and new furniture would make this place a nice lounge to chill, talk and relax with. The furniture was either stained or full of burn marks. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am glad I held my composure from the rudest Owner who apparently needs anger management or Customer Services courses.
