I have signed up to 8 courses and have already completed 4 of them, they have fantastic presenters and manage to pack in loads of information on the day. The council fund them to run these classes. Most classes run from 9.30-12.30 which is a shame as I would prefer it if they were run as an evening class because I have to keep taking time off work to attend them but other than that I have no complaints.

Also am sorry that he left the course in between. when I've spoken over the phone regarding course fee ERP Training were not happy to provide much details. Trying to hide some thing felt like a strange under ground business. They are not transparent with the fee structure. They ask you to come and visit to the branch to get a fee structure. What a waste of time just to know the fee. Anyway I have managed to get the price over the phone. It was not easy but there you go, Fee was over the phone £995 just only training. Training plus Intern ship £1850 Job program plus training plus intern ship £3500 Anyway I have told my friend who wanted to do as well. When visited to branch the fee structure was totally different very tricky fees. Fee after visiting the branch £995 just only training. Training plus Intern ship £2000 Job program plus training plus intern ship £6500 And funny bit is they will give subsidy of £4500 and then the fee will be £2000 with out job and if you want job further you need to pay £1000 that is only if they secure a job. That means they won't find you a job and they got your money for training and no refund . If you want full 100% job then the fee is £5000 then you have to pay in full and pass the exam if you fail no job no refund. They are in business we need to act and get this kind of business out of UK. Reason ERP training are not straight forward and regarding fee structure they wont put on website. They want you to waste you time and money. Anyway Honestly worth doing SAP from SAP UK even its bit more but you get what you pay for.

Found out I was being charged for a service I wasn't receiving. Received rude and aggressive emails when I queried this. Suddenly was forced to pay up front because I was "receiving a service throughout the year". Requested advice on several occasions. No reply. No acknowledgement. No advice. Big phone bill due to repeated calls to HMRC to get advice I was paying Callan to give. Sent info for company return 2015-16 in May 2016. Had discussions with Callan in June to refine detail. Contacted Callan many times throughout December expressing concern about not having received accounts for filing. Finally received a holding response on January 9th. One day before the deadline, Stephen provides the information and tells me it was done in September. The take away message is: STEER CLEAR or risk your sanity.
