My fiancé and I moved into our home in Cary in December and the garage door was on the list of things to take care of when we got around to it. We are so thrilled that we find Dwayne and his company Click-It! I called Dwayne on a Monday and we had a brand-new opener and nylon rollers installed by Friday. In all honesty, it would have been done Wednesday but I hadn't checked the door height which ended up being taller than a standard door. Dwayne said no problem and immediately rescheduled us and fit us in for Friday afternoon. We now have a near silent garage door that runs smoothly and is everything we hoped it would be. Dwayne is clearly an industry expert with extensive product knowledge but was also kind enough to explain everything to us without making us feel naïve or ignorant. I am not sure why I see 4 different locations for Click-It online, and I drove around all day trying to get to one of their locations so that I could simply buy a new remote control for my garage. Each location was someone's random home, and no one there to help with garages - not real businesses at all. I am not sure why they post all of these locations online for a business. Seems very misleading to the customer. And frustrating for me. I expect honest information online not a bunch of bogus locations.
