When I contacted the CEO of the company with my complain, it turned out that she backed this very dodgy practice and took the side of the dodgy employee. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. I was sold a well used microphone, covered in dust, scratches and tape marks for a CB radio for the price of £35. The very same item, original and brand-new was for sale on Amazon for £15. Never again, A very dodgy company, definitely stay away! They will squeeze you like a lemon!
