I chose this place specifically because the reviews said that the employees were extremely helpful. I had the exact opposite experience. He was snappy and made me feel uncomfortable. My questions were responded to with "what do you even mean how long the battery lasts?! Until you need to charge it again." I even felt the need to apologize for annoying him. I asked if he could show me how to use the product and he said "well, it's brand new, but they're all the same."
