I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my mother had at your imaging center. She was scheduled for an abdominal MRI with and without contrast, and the process was handled in an unacceptable manner. 1. Repeated Rescheduling: Her appointment was rescheduled multiple times, causing unnecessary delays and stress. 2. Split Procedure: The MRI was performed on two separate days because your facility did not have the required IV contrast solution available. This is highly irregular, as these tests are typically completed in one session. Her physician was very upset about this deviation from standard practice. 3. Poor IV Administration: When she finally returned for the contrast portion, the technician appeared inexperienced and was unable to insert the IV properly, leaving her with a significant bruise on her arm. 4. Inaccurate Report: The MRI report provided was misleading and incorrect, which could have had serious consequences for her care. Then the technician has the audacity to say that my mother moved so that why it was inaccurate. This entire experience has caused considerable inconvenience and concern for my mother. We expected professional, competent service, and unfortunately, that was not delivered. I strongly urge you to review your scheduling processes, ensure proper inventory of essential supplies, and provide adequate training for your staff. read more

This place is open Sundays which is a plus! The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Loved the staff here!

i recieved a call about an mri from their front desk staff, whom was very rude!!! i told them i had done one already elsewhere so she got upset and hung up the phone on me. when i tried contacting back to ask why the rudeness was necessary she kept hanging the phone up on me and refused to out a manager or supervisor on the phone. read more
