Tech came to see what the rattling was in my heater and instead of doing that decided we needed a new circuit board because he saw a burnt wire on the dresser. That wire was from an electrical outlet but wouldn't listen. Tried to tell his boss Mark and he refused to listen. Got my fan motor repaired and instead of costing 850 it cost me 275. Rip off company Worst 99 dollars I ever spent to have hem come out. Don't use them!!!! read more

They did a great job of actually dismantling our AC and cleaning it very well. Fan wasn't running efficiently due to caked on dust and dirt. Previous "repair" companies spent 5 minutes looking at the unit and 2 hours trying to sell us a new unit. Service Experts actually fixed the unit. They also installed a solar attic fan and that made huge difference. They are highly recommended. read more

We have given this group 3 tries. They are impossible to get a hold of and are rude and not knowledgeable. When you finally do get a hold of someone, they are in a call center in Texas and have no connection to Longmont/Boulder, Colorado, which is the number you call. They installed our swamp cooler and did ok, but the subsequent service visits were stressful, time consuming and they had to come back twice because they broke a piece while here the first time. We then had to get lost in the vortex that is their phone system, schedule them to come back, they arrive without the necessary parts and we have to explain again what they are doing, why they are there and what piece they broke last time, then we have to reschedule and they have to come back. To top that off their service personnel who come are rude and not very bright. read more
