I came to CVS on 2/5/26 to have a prescription transferred from Walgreens. The associate at the…read moredrop off window was an African American female named Hannah. Hannah did not greet me as I stood waiting for assistance at the window. Instead, she let me stand in line as the only person there while she took a personal call. Being that I was the only person in line and she didn't acknowledge me I asked her if anyone was working the window she replied "I am" and continued her phone conversation until she was ready to assist me. She told the person on the phone, "we will close at 9. I'll call you back." When I told her what I needed she informed me that Walgreens doesn't answer the phone and had me move behind the next customer that came up in line. I ended driving back to Walgreens just to discover that the prescription had been sent to CVS. This was a total inconvenience. When I came back to CVS I noticed how kind she was to the white customers and I let her know that she made me extremely uncomfortable. I have never had this experience before at this particular CVS location but I will not be returning due to Hannah's nasty attitude and potential racism towards her own.
