I knocked on the door and the dentist was able to see me in less than 15 min. A fellow dentist was helping two children, she told me she was specialised in kids. The main dentist came and had a look at my teeth. She was very friendly and explained the problem in detail with a drawing and everything. I made a follow up appointment and saw her the next day. I had to make an X-ray in another place down the street, she got a second opinion with a colleague and decided on what to do. Everything went perfectly and I am happy with the result. She has a lot of contacts in the dentist world and if needed she invites an orthodontist or a doctor for specific treatments, that means you do not have to go to different places to get your problem solved. The price is very fair for the professionalism that is offered. I surely recommend this dentist!

I experienced no pain and Dr. Gomez's English was excellent. Both Dr. Gomez and Maria where gentle and it was one of the best dental experiences of 70 plus years of dental work. He explained each step along the way and worked with me on the cost and payment method. The work proceeded in a professional manner at his clean and well equiped office. More than a year later, I've had no problems, pain or regrets. As a Oaxacan Ex-pat, I've come to understand the importance of choosing a University of Michigan graduate as my dentist. I have 3 maxillary implant healing caps that were tightened with a special rachet. ...Impossible to get rotation with the driver I have. I need the screws to simply turn a quarter of a turn/loosen. That's it. Didn't even need to be seated; hell, give me the rachet, I'd do it; 5 minutes I'm gone. 1200 pesos!!! That's less than one revolution all healing caps TOTAL. In passing he brusquely implied "Take it or leave it, and see you 'round." Think not! What ever happened to "professional courtesy," or just courtesy? Pathognomonic of money grubbering, self-important jerks. Avoid like the plague.

Cuidado! I'll speak…read morefor my husband and I both here. My husband came to Dr Gomez for dentures as his that were less than a year old from another place had broken. Dr Gomez was easy to schedule rather last minute with. We were both grateful to read in his website that his staff all spoke English... Dr Gomez said he would make a much better quality denture that should last several years for my husband. When my husband wanted some adjustments made to the mold that he first tried on, Dr. Gomez was sort of rude about it. When his dentures were made, Dr. Gomez put denture glue in them to put them in my husbands mouth; he literally put so much on that MY HUSBANDS MOUTH FILLED WITH GLUE and then Dr Gomez had to spend a very long time trying to get it all out, which he seemed displeased, instead of apologetic about. In the end, my husband didn't save that much in the dentures anyway, especially considering they have broken already, less than a year later. As for me, I had arrived with a concerning gum infection while pregnant and was hoping to get an opinion, a cleaning, or maybe even get my tooth pulled if necessary. To his credit, he encouraged me to try and keep the tooth and said he could have it deep cleaned and treated in such a way that I would not need to take antibiotics which I was trying to avoid due to my pregnancy. Turns out his staff does NOT speak English as advertised, and so my normal dental apprehension during a deep cleaning was significantly exacerbated. The deep cleaning they gave me probably saved me from a serious situation, and I'm grateful for that, but my gums were pretty torn up from the process. I never got a deep cleaning that left my gums like that from my periodontist in the states. Beware... We had several appointments with him. For one of them we stood outside for at least half an hour waiting for him to arrive to his office...

The work was absolutely perfect. Consequently, as I am 73 years old and my lower teeth were now also deteriorating I have gotten another 4 crowns plus some other work.
