Of course it was not-it was sent to the dentist. I finally called the insurance a month later.... They had been paid out just a few days after the appointment. The office hadn't even whispered even though they were paid double for a service!! I called the clinic to fix the mistake.... Was hung up on. Went in to the office, still they tried to give me HALF of what the insurance paid them! Until I got very upset and made it known that I knew exactly what was going on. They fit me in last minute - Rina the receptionist was extremely warm, Megan, who did my cleaning was friendly and thorough, and Doctor Cristiano was a really hip cat who took care of everything in no time and with no pain. I was really distressed about needing a dentist - but they handled everything so beautifully. I wish this could be my regular dentist office back in LA.
