I was told to return that very week. When I returned, again I was treated like a number, rushed in and rushed out. That time it hurt, a lot! I am tolerant to pain but when I told him he just kept saying "big mosquito" instead of replacing the needle! The receptionist asked me to return again in the same week. Finally I explained that it was too much and I only have so much insurance. She gave me a dirty look and said fine. She then proceeded to add me to the next week! I will never return to this place. Customer service and environment was very poor to say the least!

If you ask for lots of pressure (as I always do), be prepared to get it as Karlo is a very strong guy. So the first half was definitely more therapeutic than relaxing. The second half of the massage was more soothing, a welcome relief from the deep tissue work. It was great - I think I was zoning in and out because I was so relaxed. The real sign of a good therapeutic massage comes in the next 24 hours. My understanding is that during massage, toxins are released, and they may make you sleepy. I had a really deep sleep that night; it's rare when I don't get up before my alarm goes off, but I was OUT. And during the day I could feel all the areas that Karlo had worked: they were tender, but not painful. I could tell that they weren't tensing up any more. Karlo is a very friendly, highly professional CMT: easy to talk to, and he knows what he's doing. The studio is clean and quaint, fairly typical - and well-located near Sherbrooke metro. My only problem was the washroom - the walls were very thin, and half of it was a glass pane covered by a curtain that you could easily hear though. And while understand that's not exactly something they can fix, it still made me super self-conscious while peeing.

I was assigned a physiotherapist (Mathilde) who worked with me and suggested the exercises that I need to do. After a week of following her plan of action, the pain has been reduced substantially. Also, all exercises were online with videos showing the proper way of doing these exercises. I am very impressed with the results thus far, the people on staff are welcoming and pleasant, the rates are very reasonable. Also plenty of parking in the area. I highly recommend Physio Verdun.

First of all it is in a basement so you have to manage the stair issue. Secondly the place if filty, from the waiting/sitting reception area you can see all the treatment spaces and notice all the treatment being done, kind of strange. Lastly, some of the staff working there are least to say very loose on protocol, courtesy and professionalis, the staff are dealing with three to four cases at the same time and having is lunch in front of the patient all together ..... never saw that. The reason given for that was that one of the physio. was on vacation and they were then short on staff. I would suggest to take less appointments then. To recap. forget this place, it is not worth it at all.
