Not only were the doctor's patient and understanding, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions regardless how long the list was. They answered questions before I even asked them. Not to mention, they fixed my problem. Yes you have to pay out of pocket and chances are your insurance company will not refund you but keep this in mind: Barely any wait time, parking was easy to find, the receptionist was super nice, doctors were not ushering you out and I got free coffee! :)

His office is located in a high rise commercial building off of st jean's pointe clair. His office is a little outdated small but his skills are far greater than any place we've been to. He is great and definitely treated my husband like a real patient with a lot of attention and care. He got rid of something that bothered my husband a lot in just a few minutes. It was literally a 5 min procedure and off we went. No pain no severe complications and just a huge smile on my behalf after the final outcome. Overall, I definitely recommend Dr Smoley he's great and a total Gem in the west island!

Beautiful clinic and totally Up to date unfortunately what was a real mess is the wait time !…read morethey bundle up appointments and the wait time is not up to date with the bonjour santé website.. my 2pm appointment was really late and I ended up being called around 2:45pm so annoyed as they ask you to come in 15 minutes before and so I ended up leaving this clinic about 1:30 after very very long. Service wise: pretty nice the receptionist was very sweet and friendly and made sure all my info was correct. The nurse was not so friendly and didn't really care much but the doctor was the most important of them all and Dre Gosselin was amazing she is young smart and kind she really took great care of me and I definitely recommend her as she's very caring. She is definitely better off at a private clinic where her expertise should be accredited.. I mean the clinic's system is super messed up and she deserves better but either way I'm very happy to have had her take a look at my health I felt safe and confident with her!
