No one introduced themselves, no one explained the tests or the results. I was treated as if I knew nothing , as if I was just a number. I have today October 25 2023 discussed my experience with the Chef. Prof Frisoni via Zoom. He seemed to be dismissive and not willing to address the suggestions I made to try and improve patient experience. Based on that, I cannot recommend this place.

The neurology team are amazing and are taking great care to find the causes and the hospital is immaculate. The only comment i have is there is not sufficient hand sanitation prior to entry to the ward for guests and no visible security. Beautiful garden for patients to sit in the evening with or without visitors
