We had never heard of this so we looked into it and called the phone number that was conveniently located on the website. I say conveniently because usually it's impossible to find any sort of contact information other than a "contact us" form that may or may not be answered. The phone number connected me to Econcept and my call was answered right away. Sharon, an account manager, was very friendly and explained the process of how they came to alert us of our review. She transferred me to the owner, Robbie, who spent more than 30 minutes with me on the phone. Having worked for Yelp in the past, he helped me understand how reviews are filtered and how to best address a negative review. In our case, we are trying to have the review removed because the customer posted inaccurate information about our pricing. Robbie knows the ins and outs of marketing and social media and was a great help to us. He took a very complicated (for us) situation and made it easy to understand and handle. His business concept is genius- collect business reviews from all social media platforms and combine them on one, easy to navigate website. That way, busy business owners only need to go to one site to manage all reviews! He also does website design and social media management. The COVID-19 situation, coupled with a pregnant wife, made it very important that we did not meet inside our home. We met in his garage because our location would be too hot during the day.
