We have gone here three years in a row to visit the corn maze! The maze changes each year, so it is great to go back and give yourself a new challenge. They have a tracking app to help you while you are in the maze and we found it super helpful! Food trucks are available as well as a snack shack, beer truck, and country store with snacks and other handcrafted items like ciders, jellies, etc. I found some of the food truck items to be a bit overpriced for the setting, but items from the actual venue were reasonably priced. There is a variety of activities available - corn maze, pumpkin patch, fire pit for s'mores, games, hayride, etc. It is kid focused, so more activities for "big" kids at heart would take my rating up a notch! read more

This is a load of fun for the family. You can save on the entrance fees by pre ordering your tickets on line. There are new games this year. It took us about an hour to go through the maze. Give yourself about four hours if you want to do everything. We didn't finish this time. We have made this a family outing for the last several years. What a cute little fall experience! My family of three visited Clinton Sease Farms on the last Saturday in September. They advertised a lower cost option to purchase tickets online instead of at the door ($16 vs $18 per person), so we took advantage and purchased our tickets before leaving the house. When we arrived, we found the parking to be easily accessible and went straight to the admissions building. We checked in with our online order easily and were given wrist bands that gave us access to everything at the farm. We enjoyed playing yard games together and my 6 year old loved the playground equipment. We did the kiddie corn maze, which had only one way in and out (the entrance and exit were the same place). We then did the corn maze, which we found to be more challenging and not quite as enjoyable. We left very dirty and hot, though that's to be expected. We did the hay ride (there was no hay) and picked a pumpkin out of the field. The pumpkins are already cut from the vine and placed in a field. We ordered from the concessions but were disappointed to find that not everything on the concession menu was available. Overall, I was disappointed with the concession offerings. I only tried to order two things and both were unavailable. My family enjoyed the popcorn and nachos. I'd recommend visiting on a cooler day, as it was quite hot and there weren't many options for shade. I do feel that it was overpriced for what it was ($48 for the three of us at a discounted price and still had to purchase food, drinks, pumpkin, etc). Because of the price and the issues with concessions, I think 4 stars is appropriate. We'd definitely return, but likely would see what other options are available. read more

My family had a wonderful visit. We went October 12. To my surprise the patch was fairly picked over but we left with several pumpkins of all sizes. We've visited many patches, primarily close to our precious home in metro Atlanta. I have to say, this farm had more kid activities than any other!!!! We spent 2.5 hours there and could have easily spent 3.5. Between the playgrounds, four square court, bikes, hay ride, little cow train, cotton jumping area, Marshmello maze, corn maze, the list goes on...I'm sure you're family will have an enjoyable time. We look forward to visiting again. $1 just to visit pumpkins $14 for the whole thing (patch, rides, maze, etc) Four stars because I do believe the fee is fairly overpriced. We love visiting this spot every year! They have different attractions all throughout the year but fall is our favorite. They have Deceased Farms haunted attraction, which is by far one of the most entertaining haunted attractions I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait a while outside the attraction, but once you get inside there are lots of things to do while you wait for your group to be called to do the actual event. Definitely wouldn't recommend this attraction for young kids, or anyone that isn't into that kind of thing because you definitely will get startled. The corn maze is also a lot of fun, and a good family friendly activity. By day the pumpkin patch is always fun to visit as well! Had a blast today at the farm. I took my children for their egg hunt and time on the farm. I like the pre light tickets; it made things easier when we arrived. We started by exploring the farm and hanging out. My children loved the massive slides and hay ride, to see the animals. I appreciated the organization of the egg hunt- each child was given a bracelet; the bracelet color corresponded with the color of eggs they were supposed to collect. Each child was told to collect 12 eggs. It made things very organized and easy to follow. When the children were finished with the hunt; the children sat with the bunny and collected their prize. Each part of the fame was fun and designed for children to enjoy themselves with their families. Kudos to the fame for providing a great day of activities. We also enjoyed the gift shop; fresh fruit, fun snacks, books and the Easter decor! Take the trip and enjoy some outdoor fun with your family. read more

Having been around for many years, I was surprised at this place only had two reviews, with one of them being quite negative. This is a great place for families. It's both educational and recreational. This farm is open all year round with several activities. During the school year, there are many field trips where kids get a chance to both learn about farming and get to pick strawberries and pumpkins during those seasons. There are dozens of playground equipment pieces made up of farm equipment, tires, and wood. There is a castle, a boat, several tractors, multiple slides, water tables, hayrides, and many other things to do. During October, the "Deceased Farm" provides lots of scares, but the pumpkin patch brings families. If you are brave, the corn maze is the largest in the region, and it changes every year. A "corn snake" is a tunnel for the little ones, and the self-propelled merry go round with horses made out of tires is a favorite. There is so much to see and do, so you will make multiple trips. The snack bar offers nice fast choices and it was surprisingly good! The fried okra is a treat! My only complaint: The restrooms are all Porta Johns. Although they have the little boosters for kids, my kids were afraid to use them. They do have a place we can actually wash your hands, as well as hand sanitizer, but as many kids that go through there throughout the year whether on field trips or just for fun, you would think that they would actually have permanent restrooms. It is nice to see a recreational opportunity that is fun, educational and family-friendly in the Midlands. read more

AWFUL!!! I came last year and had a decent experience. Unfortunately, this year I reserved tickets online through Eventbrite and when we arrived, we were denied entry. I understand that things happen and scams are online but the way that the manager and owner handled the the situation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They were both very rude!! I recommend that you do NOT come to this place to give any money to these stingy people, ...and by the way, last year the pumpkins were ugly and rotten anyway!!! read more

My family loves this place! Before I had my son I used to go to deceased farms every single year, now that I'm a mom we come to pic strawberries, the pumpkin patch and even the sunflowers. It didn't give you access to anything else. We didn't realize it until after we paid so we paid $12 for nothing. You had to pay $15 pp for everything else which honestly wouldn't have been worth it either. A family of 4 would be $60. Crazy! read more

We go to corn mazes every year, this is our first time here. I don't have young kids and this place was more for people with young children, not much for teenagers or adults to do. We got there around 6:30 and there were only 2 food trucks and one was already closing down for the night. That was disappointing. I go with my teenage children every year, but I won't go back here. I've read the reviews just like you have and I mostly agree with them all. I really respect what this Farm is doing- they're taking a thing that I've never heard of before (Agri-tourism) and making it their own thing. My wife and I went three times this season: one for the corn maze, once to buy pumpkins, and once for their haunted house portion (Deceased Farms). The corn maze (or, maize) was really great. Seriously, they know what they're doing and we have a blast. Was it intended for children? Sure. Did we still have a great time? Absolutely. Five out of five for the maze. The pumpkin patch was kind of disappointing. Look, I get it. We live in South Carolina. Are you expecting some lush green patch like in Charlie Brown's Halloween? That's not going to happen. So, yeah it was mostly just pumpkins sitting out in the sand, but the prices were reasonable. So, three out of five for that. Now, I want to be perfectly clear about this next part so that we don't miscommunication: I LOVE horror. I consider myself an aficionado of the subject. I research all year long to find the various haunts that I want to go to. Deceased Farms is one to put on your list, without question. They don't have Hollywood level special effects, but they put more care and detail into their haunt than any I've ever seen. They've really made it a full attraction- with zombie paintball, haunted escape rooms, an onsite bar. I was seriously impressed. Again, is it designed for teenagers? Yep. But did we still have a blast? You know it. Overall I have to give them a 4 out of 5 because if you're looking for a simple place to get a pumpkin, you'll be disappointed. But do yourself a favor and take an afternoon to come down and explore the maze, get some concession apple cider, play their other yard games, and stick around into the night to brave their Deceased Farms! read more

Growing up in Gilbert it has been a tradition to visit the farm to pick strawberries every Spring. Its always best to go early in the season because the strawberries are huge and so sweet! The ladies at the stand are nice and if you pick your strawberries its a few dollars less than a prepicked bucket. Also if you bring your bucket back you get a 25 cent credit on your next bucket! While 25 cents doesn't seem like a lot think of it as being green too! read more

Horrible experience would not recommend my worst enemy. While on a trailer ride to the sunflower patch my son fell busted his mouth bad. Blood was everywhere. There aren't very many options for local pumpkin patches. This was listed as one of the best in the area but it was disappointing. They charge you just to go into the pumpkin patch. And they have a minimum limit to use a credit card. They charge you $12 a person for the kids to play (and they charge adults just to be in the area). The sunflower field (advertised online for pictures) was all dead. And the pumpkins were scarce. We went on Oct. 2nd, so maybe it gets better further into the season. read more

Extremely disappointed. From the information on their website I expected that for the $1 fee you got to play on the slides, etc. and the $12 was just for the corn maze, which my kids are kind of young for. Come to find out that the $1 is just to get into the pumpkin patch, where they scattered a bunch of pumpkins they brought in from somewhere else, they aren't even grown there. If you want to go to the play area it's $12 each and while it looked fun it was definitely not worth $48 for our family. The hay ride (additional $2) was so-so, the kids liked seeing the farm animals. I will not be going back. I miss the patch in WI where for $7 you get a big pumpkin, little pumpkins, Indian corn and a hay ride in addition to all of the slides. Maybe that is throwing off my frame of reference but it seems like they are ripping people off for what you get at Clinton Sease. read more

Very disappointed - we drove an hour and a half and what a waste of time! We spent $48 to get wrist bands for 2 adults and 2 children - had to pay to walk into the pumpkin patch and also to go on the hayride. The worst though was when we were all hungry and ready to eat, the only food truck there was OUT OF FOOD!! We got the kids a "snack" from the concession stand, stayed a while longer and then left to go eat. Also listed was farm animals - area not appealing and felt sorry for the animals...There were others around us that felt the same way. I would not recommend. read more

I took two teens to the corn maze and we had a wonderful time! There is a playground with fun farm games that's good for all ages. It's not fancy....but it's an actual farm. We paid the extra $2 for the hayride and loved listening to the farmer talk about the animals. Fun farm time for all! read more
