Charmian the assessor is also amazing at her job, from making you feel so comfortable when she comes to the practice to observe to marking workbooks and always giving lots of feedback on what you did well and what you need to improve on. They both made getting the qualification so much easier and I can't thank them enough. Glenn the managing director of the academy is equally as helpful as Elaine and Charmian. Glenn has always been happy to help me with any queries regarding the course and got back to me so quickly any time I emailed.
