I got a burger king twice when it opened both times it was cold and when I mentioned it to a friend he stopped me and asked 'was it cold?' before I got to that part. Worst of all is you'll probably end up standing in a line of 15 people all doing their full weekly shop just to buy a drink. You could probably purchase everything under one roof. Their fresh flower selection is also always beautifully presented. It has lots of checkouts as well as the self service tills which are good when you're in a rush to purchase items, as these still don't seem to be that popular! Outside there are hundreds of easily accessible parking spaces, and a Tesco Filling Station located on the Left to fill up for the drive home! The only qualm I have with this store is the road up to this store, as it is only a single road and can become extremely traffic jammed at peak traffic times, which is a nightmare! This isn't a fault of the store though.

Greenisland Service Station has been located on the Upper Station Road for many years, and has…read morerecently undergone a complete knock down/rebuild, and is now much bigger and better laid out than it used to be. It used to be a tight squeeze to get in and out of the car park, but now there is a system in place so that traffic can move more smoothly, and things don't get as blocked up as they used to. There is a large forecourt with fuel pumps, plus a large parking space with lots of parking, plus facilities to put air in your car tyres. The store inside is much larger and better laid out than it was before, and stocks all the items you would expect a mini-mart to have, such as bread, dairy, cereals, papers, magazines, confectionary, tobacco, fruit and veg frozen goods and tinned goods. Secondly, and more importantly, their customer service is terrible. The checkout assistant did not even have to interrupt her conversation with her colleague while she served me. Twinburn should train their staff that while serving customers, they should not ignore them to carry on conversations with their colleagues. There are several other similar outlets in the area, and Twinburn should be aware that I shall not interrupt their staff again by bringing my business there.

They have a great range of goods, and while they don't generally compete with larger supermarkets price wise, you'd be hard pushed not to find what you need in here. In addition to all the usual items you would expect in a mini-mart, they also have an in-store Subway, a large selection of hot foods, muffins and pastries (which are well stocked all day long, not just in the mornings like a lot of places) and there is a chip shop at the side of the comnplex (but please note, the chippy is NOT part of the Milestone) Since refurbishment, they not have a good sized car park and a new system for entering and exiting, so it's no longer a free for all trying to manoeuvre your car!
