I had a one off negative experience with another parent that one staff member, Shelby, chose to take sides on without gathering both sides. The management team became aware of the situation and cared for the matter after investigating and I couldn't be more appreciative. The teachers are all great and Claire at the front who also teaches occasionally is who I'd recommend working with when she's working the desk.

If they aren't providing the same services as other locations then they should be offering their classes at a discount.

So as a prospective looking for an all around health club give it a look and check out Lifetime but do it during the busy hours after 4pm to get a real feel.

I really love this place…read more Several types of machines to choose from and I've never had to wait for one, same goes for the universal machines and free weights. My personal trainer, Sammy, has been outstanding to work with. She takes the time to really understand your goals and tailors a program to meet them. Membership rates are very reasonable. I literally have three large healthclubs and several specialized gyms within a few miles of my home but I choose to drive out of my way to come here because I enjoy the equipment and staff so much.

The outdoor pool is great for our son in the summer months. We can take him there for an hour or two and not feel like we have to stay all day like when we pay to go to a public pool. The facility and equipment is very well maintained. I've only done a few workout classes here including HIIT, kickboxing and yoga, but all were good. The kids area is very clean and staff are pleasant and attentive.
