Post has TD/LR At bottom…read more My experience was fine enough to a point where I wouldn't even make a review, however, after coming home and using what was washed there I found that whatever detergents, scents or softeners are used in the day remain in the machine/well for the detergent, which has given me a full body reaction and has left me in pain and discomfort since. If you have no issue with any softeners, detergent or otherwise, you're fine to use this but to anyone that does - I will advise against using this location. Maybe I could have rinse cycled them myself, but the machines are roughly $4.00-$7.50 per-each use and I don't know about anyone else but I would have expected them to have been in a more clean state, along with not really having an additional $12.00-$20.00 or 2hrs to cycle them to a point of use for what I had to wash. I will reiterate, if you don't have any problems with detergents, it's a fine location - though pricy - but if you have any adverse reaction, I would find another location or bring enough money to rinse them yourself. (I did use detergent safe for me to use, this was nonuser error. I would make an assumption these machines are not cleaned properly/often). TD/LR: machines are not cleaned enough, leaving them contaminated with whatever was in them prior. upon use of what we cleaned there I experienced a full body allergic reaction. price ranges from minimum $4.00 to upwards of $8.00 for a single use - making it the most expensive laundry mat I've been to. left with still damp clothes Large spill on the floor was not cleaned for several minutes. To use card you'll be charged $15.00, which you'll get back but the time frame suggests it may be a while.

UPDATED Monday PM review from 1 to 3 STARS after I received an email reply from the…read more"soapnsudslaundry@gmail.com" stating that they have set aside a full refund in cash as they had issues refunding my VISA debit card. I removed comments on 15 dead machines and the number of attempts & ways I tried to contact the staff with no reply. I believe you have to be at the laundry during the hours that the back room that does contract work is available. I received an email reply on Monday at 1323 - so I suspect this means nobody was answering emails or calls until end of Monday regular business hours. However - As Jeffrey J. wrote 1/24, I had the same story 9/4/25 with no response to request for refund on a non-functional machine via phone, email, and ringing the unstaffed back room at 3PM on a Friday! This previously great family owned operation had owners on site and continual machine repairs. The posted prices on the machines do not always match up with the prices shown on the debit card reader, but they are close. The WiFi refused to let me on and probably needed to be rebooted. There are no better laundromat options Woodruff / Minocqua that I've found so far, and the eventual response from staff upped my review to a neutral 3 stars.

Rub-A-Dub-Dub got the job done…read more I had five or so loads to do while on vacation, and opted to go here. One thing I found was that most people drop off their laundry for the staff to do, rather than waiting around to do it themselves. Still, the staff were very friendly and helpful and showed me which machines would likely work best. A few other things to know if you come here: * It seemed like half of the machines were out of order, so finding an open machine can get stressful if you don't have time to wait around. * But there are several high capacity machines, so that can help you get several loads done at once. * You need quarters for all the machines. They don't take credit cards. I quickly worked through the quarters I had brought with me, and my husband dropped by to give me $20 to finish. * There is a quarter machine, though, if you have cash. * This spot had some chairs so you have a place to sit while you wait. There are also some tables for folding too, but like with the machines, you might have to jump on an empty one fast. Again, it got the job done. I was able to finish my laundry. The staff were friendly. But it's helpful to know these things going in.
