My bag is ruined entirely. He told me upfront he could fix my bag with NO PROBLEMS!! And when I came to pick the bag up he acted as though the big black spots he put on my bag were there before!! As if I was dumb enough to not take a picture, if it wasn't for that picture he wouldn't have told me the service was free. My bag is shedding paint dust, ruined the clothes I tried to wear with it and also WAS ONE OF A KIND! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FURIOUS! I made a review so other people would know DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! And then I go to his reviews to see my review has been deleted since he knows he messed up and is trying to make money from other people though he RUINED my bag. This man doesn't know how to deal with fine colors and expensive purses. I should've waited until I got back to Los Angeles and paid a more professional person.
