Avoid this store. I received damaged jacket from my online order. The Owner Rick had the audacity to say that I wanted to return due to fit. This was not the case. The jacket while it's supposed to look distressed was clearly worn. The zipper pulls are all turning brown with the exception of one. There's two visible spots one on the front and one larger one on the back that look like they tried to remove marks fading the leather so it doesn't match the rest of the jacket. The leather behind the zipper torn and peeling due to someone clearly catching the zipper in it and the bottom where the one side zips in worse. It's hard and peeling. read more

Horrible employees. Quite snobbish and full of themselves. No refunds only store credit or gift card. I can see why the don't offer cash refunds, cause people won't come back. So sad to see a nice clothing store with bad customer service and expect you to spend your money there with no refunds. read more

The staff here are terrible. Clothes are okay but still could be way better quality. Have way better sales staff. Customers shouldn't be treated like crap while shopping here. This store is getting bad reputation for it's terrible customer services. I recommend shopping at different place other than Clothes Encounter. Their clothing is not that great of quality anyway. read more

I was fortunate to shop at this lovely store with some friends. The owner, Rick? Was very courteous and friendly. I came in with a Starbucks coffee and he asked politely if I could keep my coffee away from the clothing and set it on a table or counter, which I did. I completely understand he did not want me to spill my coffee on the clothing in his store. The other clerk was not so nice. I had 2 pieces of clothing in my hand and was looking for a change room, she looked directly at me but did not help me in my way. I had to ask Rick for a change room. After I purchased an item of clothing and we were leaving the store, I asked the female clerk if she could throw my coffee cup in the garbage, as I was done it . I thought there would be a garbage behind the till where she was standing. She said "sure" and took my cup. She then changed her mind and said, "actually there is one outside on the street and you can put it in there," and handed my cup back to me. I was completely taken aback by her rudeness and disregard for common courtesy. I am not sure what her prejudgement was? My Starbucks coffee cup? The non-religious symbol on the new red Christmas cups? Me? A paying customer out with some friends? I did discard my cup in the garbage on the street. Which was the right thing to do.
