When we went to get them fixed she blamed my daughter for putting product in her hair. We went back to our condo and watched tv so no ma'am we didn't put anything in her hair. We just were asking for the bands to be replaced we weren't asking for a refund. And besides my daughter gave her a 100% tip to do the braids. So now she put new bands in but these are also breaking. We called and asked if we could buy bands and she could just put them in for us she refused saying it is my daughter's hair. I went to the shop and asked her to just please stand behind her work and put new bands in. She called me a bitch and told me to leave her business cause she was calling 911 for me trespassing. She said me and my daughter would not be allowed to be in her shop. I made sure every business around their shop knew about what kind of people they are. I am writing this review and will go on their real estate company website as well. These are horrible people that don't care about their customers or stand behind their work. This is hair braiding I can't imagine what horrible things they do with real estate. Save your money don't use this business owner EVER! UPDATE::: Maybe you should take your own advice about more bees with honey than vinegar. I did not come in screaming I was very calm. You threatened me a customer you were going to call 911 on me. You definitely have more negative reviews than positive you should change your ways.
