(1st time visit - on vacation) Service was absolutely incredible. (Knowledge of products was insane) They sell primarily top-quality products, because of this. Get the best, forget the rest. Store was nice and the exact vibe most shops will be heading towards. The owners are fantastic and very nice. read more

I came to this smoke shop with my mom a week before I moved down here last june and I have been coming back ever since! They always have great prices, Zen and Karma are always honest about the products they sell and advertise, and they're super helpful when it comes to wanting to find new pieces or flavors. I've been smoking the delta-8 disposables and cartridges which they always have tons of varieties of, and both Zen and Karma have always been very informative and not pushy when it comes to getting things. I haven't been to any vape shop since and I don't plan on going anywhere else! This is my go to for beautifully hand made (and inexpensive!!) glass pipes, carts, disposables, vape juice, delta-8, wax devices, pods, literally anything you could imagine! read more

Nice little vape shop with a very friendly lady inside. Hidden so hard to find without a map. I only wish there were more juice options. Great place if u are looking for a custom basic juice. All organic. There is also a lovely dog inside. I love doggies! read more

Great place with a knowledgeable owner. I had surgery on my elbow and wrist. I ended up with CRPS. Nothing seemed to help at all. I have had so many different kinds of shots, physical therapy etc. The only thing that helps at all is the icy CBD that Karma suggested. Thank you so much. I never thought that I'd try anything like this, but I'm glad that I finally did. read more

Bought a mod and some juice. Customer service was great when we bought the mod, however the situation quickly devolved from there. We made sure with the associate if any problems arose we would be able to come back and exchange the mod. On day 4, the mod started to die after a couple hits and restart. So, we went back and the associate that originally sold us the mod refused to help and claimed the mod "functions perfectly." The associate mentioned that they "have no idea what these mods are supposed to do," which begs the question: if you know absolutely nothing about a mod, then why is it being sold at your store? The associate also tested the mod themselves and said "yeah you're right it is running low." Yet, even after acknowledging an issue existed, the associate refused to help. The associate then told me to come back "in a couple days" to talk to the owner, which again makes no sense as this is a tourist destination and people come and go all the time. Unfortunately this associate was unwilling to help, rude, and dismissive of any issues. This has been the worst experience of Hilton Head. My business will be going to a different vape shop on this island for a long time to come. read more
