I go to the front of the ONLY REGISTER and cashier. Never even acknowledged. A new customer walks in immediately and again I'm immediately invisible again even standing in front of him. The client and cashier are talking literally over me. The men are tall and I'm standing between them. Then the old blond manager. Not to get her confused with the lovely younger blond lady that works there who is super nice and helpful. She comes out greets the man customer and starts havi g a whole conversation with the cashier and the customer. They help him with his order and go to check him out but guess who is Still standing there waiting to get weed... ME. So the customers checks my fucking shoulder and I grt knocked back..... NOTHING THEY ARE STILL ALL 3 CHATTING IT UP... I just straight up leave... I use to go there 2 times agreed. I would spend early 150 a week on goodies... I will dri k bleach before I give them anymore of my or my families business again.and the sad part is.... they were always the ones who helped me... they'd ask about mu kids and family. I know about them.. I got a new hair cut ams a dye job and they didn't even acknowledged me.... I've been going there for 4 years... and they treated me like shit because the didn't recognize that I was a regular and so was my husband.... don't go there... no prices are worth being treated like a nobody from people you know. I usually go there between 8 and 9 am I went at 2 pm ... never again.​

If a store is going to promise to reopen, then it ought to reopen. I don't have the money to keep smoking at the prices that the other stores charge. However, this past attempted visit was quite unpleasant and honestly it felt very unsafe. I don't know any of the employees inside and have not given any reason to be treated like I was completely unwelcome. The posted business hours are 8 am - midnight and I already knew what I wanted and had the cash ready to go, along with a proper tip of course. I arrived and parked right next to the front entrance at 11:53 pm on the evening of July 18th 2026 and quickly hopped out of my car to the front entryway. I also glanced at my phone on the way in and it turned 11:54 pm. The employees were all in the process of trying to leave early. But one employee saw me and began asking for my ID. As I was pulling out my ID to give the gentleman there was some very violent and extremely aggressive movement coming from the front door. All of the sudden this armed police officer looking security guard bursted out of the front door and I mean violently; I literally thought he was coming after me, not joking I was actually afraid! He then immediately grabbed a security garage and slammed it shut right next to me with such force that my ears were ringing! The security guard saw me getting my ID out at 11:54 pm and for no apparent reason potentially caused me ear drum damage! I have multiple cameras that record audio and video both inside and outside of my car. They caught the entire 23 seconds of our interaction with gps time stamps. You can very clearly hear how loud the slammed security garage door was. I plan on getting this information to my attorney. I believe I may have potential ear drum damage because of the violent security guard. Additionally, there are other reviews of customers being turned away before the posted store closing time. If the employees are going to try to leave early then why not just post an earlier closing time? There was a police officer in the parking lot with their car pointed directly at the incident. My attorney should be able to get a hold of that footage from the patrol car too. It should be noted that I did not try to continue with giving the employee my ID as they clearly didn't want me there. I just left, feeling quite upset and physically injured. Along with asking out loud after I turned towards my car and started walking away, what the *%#+ was wrong with the security guard it wasn't even closed yet?! (11:54 pm) I highly recommend avoiding Q'anápsu at all costs. If I could give zero stars then I would have without hesitation.
