The first one I lit, and attempted to smoke on my way home, had all but disintegrated, because it wasn't stored in their humidor. Next week when I came back to the store, with the product, I showed it to the cashier. She initially began to tell me. "tough luck". After I pointed out there were several other packages of the same product, in the same place, I suggested she may want to check tone too! Long story short, the cashier cheerfully, refunded me (after speaking with her bos), and removed the other damaged product! Sometimes a little patience...goes a LONG WAY!
