The experience started great. I was greeted by two excellent team members--one at security by the front door and the check-in person. The store setup itself was nice, and I quickly found what I was looking for and got in line. That's where things went wrong. Jorge was the rudest budtender I've ever dealt with. I'd encourage you to review the camera footage of our interaction. He also took a product from me that I specifically wanted to buy. It was sitting on the floor, but when it wouldn't come up in the system he just removed it instead of figuring it out. The way he handled everything was unprofessional and not someone I would want representing a business. It was bad enough that I went back to the check-in person and told him Jorge needs customer-service training. Overall it was a hugely disappointing experience. I probably won't return because of how Jorge treated me and the fact that I don't want to deal with anyone who operates that way. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I waited a bit to post a review but here's my review on the roll-on and the 1000mg tincture. Roll-on: I play a lot of basketball and have bad joints in my feet and ankle and a bad back and also bad left elbow and left shoulder. Lol. Like I'm not sure if it's the CBd in the roll-on or if it's just because it's a roll-on but I feel like the after effect of this CBd one last longer and gives a more muscle relaxing sort of feeling, that last longer almost. I put it on my ankles/foot/knee/elbow/back and I've enjoyed so far. The 1000mg tincture! This is the reason why I'm leaving the review right here. I recommend the tincture for everyone! I've been taking a full oral drop every night before I go to sleep and omg it truly does help! I've had continuous nights of good solid rest. I also took a few nights without taking any CBd at night and I did feel like I "wasn't ready" to sleep yet. The CBd tincture for sure for sure works great on de-stressing your mind and body and helps relax.. it has to be! My brother started also taking my tincture in the morning. He's a real estate agent and is always stressed lol, so he's been taking in the mornings otw to work and he's been telling me he feels relaxed and ready to take on the day kind of vibe. It also carries quite a few accessories related to pipes and cigars, but I'm not familiar with the prices enough to comment on whether they were decent. As far as cigars (my reason for being there), they had a decent sized walk in room and carried a good selection. I chose 2 cigars from Drew Estates which were both excellent smokes. As far as service goes, the person that helped me could have been friendlier (reason for 4 star rather than 5 star review). Being a small shop, I expected to be greeted (welcome in, hello, how are you, ANYTHING), but there was no greeting. Also, upon checking out, no "thank you, have a great day, come back soon, ANYTHING". I really didn't feel like a valued customer or that my business was valued there. Come to think of it, I should be giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 just on the service alone. If you are in need of cigars or loose pipe tobacco, this place likely has what you need. But, don't expect stellar service. Personally, I like to support business where my business is valued, if possible.
